The lady at the front desk was very nice and helped to store the luggage. The room was very clean and the location was good. It was very convenient to watch the flag-raising ceremony and it was very close! Good! I will come again next time! !

I was quite satisfied with the hotel I booked for this trip to Beijing. I was most satisfied with the front desk service. Every day when I went back, the front desk would provide us with mineral water (there was also water in the room), and when I checked out, they would give the children a small commemorative gift. This time we stored our luggage in the morning, and because we were pressed for time and didn't have time to go back to get the luggage, the front desk lady also helped us carry the luggage to the car. Thank you very much.

We, two adults with a baby, booked a king-size bed room. We originally thought we would need an extra quilt, but later found it was totally unnecessary. The quilt was a big one and the mattress was very soft. I enjoyed lying on the bed every day after traveling. Yesterday morning, I took my baby to catch the high-speed train and forgot to check out. When I arrived at the high-speed rail station, I found the room card next to me. I called and asked them to check out for me directly. Otherwise, I would definitely miss the high-speed train.
