以前來過古北住過民宿，所以看介紹是一期離景區大門非常近再加上窗景好，沒有猶豫就訂了。到了有師傅接，入住也提前辦理好手續不用等待，很細心。房間兩個卧室，足夠四個人居住。
到陽台看窗景，遠眺長城，近處就是售票大廳，確實景色不錯。
衞生間枱麪乾淨，滿意。晚上洗澡熱水充足。被子也比較乾淨。屋裡沒有小蟲。
唯一的缺點是洗澡關不上玻璃門，水都溢到衞生間滿地都是。洗漱用品非常簡單建議自帶。
總體美景加價格性價比很高了，推薦入住。

不得不説，信價比超高！帶孩子來，一層絕對方便！房間乾淨舒適，設施齊全。房東人超好，耐心向我介紹該如何合理遊玩。下次來還會選擇這家的！

一次很愉快的住宿，房間位置絕佳，與水鎮僅一牆之隔，夜景盡收眼底，非常完美，如果晚上懶得動去水鎮看無人機表演，在這間民宿的前後兩個陽台，觀望也是絕好的！房子距步行售票廳5分鐘足矣。實在是太近了！司機吳師傅很熱情，説要吃火鍋，立刻為我們準備了鍋。此行很滿意。美中不足的就是浴室淋浴頭的安裝位置，實在是有問題。建議更改一下，水流能再大一點就太完美了！總之難忘的旅程。

房子非常好，有空調地暖熱水WiFi，朝向東，能看日出很美，還有電磁爐微波爐，自己帶東西吃，不用在景點花高價吃泡麪，還可以看電視有機頂盒，很温馨，熱水特別熱，冬天洗澡不要太爽。最主要感謝吳師傅，開車擺渡接送來回停車場，人很和藹也會介紹避坑指南，還幫忙找了手機充電線解了燃眉之急！總之一個月之內肯定要來第二次，價格淡季也真是賊合適，開心，哈哈哈，第一次訂民宿就就有這麼好的體驗🏍

房間位置在一樓，實物和照片差距過大，陰冷潮濕昏暗，進去十分鐘就決定退房了，問房東有沒有高層房間可以換，説沒有了，但是過一會兒又提供了另外一個一層帶小院的房子，加了20塊錢勉強接受了，入住體驗比之前好一點。噩夢在晚上。這房子左邊是一家賣實物的超市右邊是一家搞房屋中介的，隔音還非常差，左右兩邊從早到晚不停有人走來走去，高聲説話，路上人來人往的聲音也清晰傳入房間，戴上降噪耳機也沒啥用，差不多一晚上沒睡着。第二天整個人又昏又倦遊了古城，因為東西也沒收拾，想着就續訂四小時，回來還可以休息會兒。商家四小時收費150，當時就覺得匪夷所思，她那房掛在網上也就不到180。最後反覆溝通100元談定了。整個過程商家的態度、解決問題的誠意還是可以的，但整體入住體驗實在不行，下次不會選擇這家了。

強烈推薦！！離古北水鎮入口和司馬台入口都特別近，散步距離～是一個小兩層的lofter，有兩個房間，住四個人完全沒問題！那個陽台可以看景觀！特別感謝吳師傅！！！我拎了一個特別大很重的行李箱，吳師傅都幫忙扛上樓，離開的時候吳師傅不在鎮上也很快趕回來幫忙提箱子，真的辛苦了！！從東直門搭大巴車來也很方便，大巴車下車的地方完全可以步行到小區，很方便～
