I have to say this wasn't expected experience and i could not give any higher score for what happened during our stay. We checked in around 9pm, about 9.20pm we started a Mangjiang gamr (even not electric mangjiang table) in common room as we were waiting for our washing in the washing machine. A staff came and told us off as she saw it from CCTV, she said, we are not allowed to play Majiang, because its not included our room fees. but she can kindly give us an hour to play. we thanked her, and carried on as still need bit time to finish our washing. Weirdly this staff started cleaning the common room, mopping the floor, moving things around, etc in front of us. By the way, we were only guests in the property at that night, the staff showed that she has no respect and no manners what so ever to the guests, that cleaning made a lot noises while we were there. we couldn't play /stay in common room any more, we only had two games then we stopped. About 9.45pm we had to go back our room as there was no privacy gaven from their staff. Other thing, there was no singlel towel to use, it's all Once Only towels in a tiny bag or i called it pepper towels which is awful for after shower. I told the staff when i checked in that I don't like Once Only towels but she didn't provide any towel towel, even the hand towel. there was no robe either , so after you had a bath or shower, only pepper towel you can wipe yourself. In the morning I had another look around common room, there is no other table games, only a few books, instead just Majiang as only entertainment we could have last night. There is a mini KTV room we even didn't think of. I thought things are in the common room for the guests to enjoy, why did she tell us off, really didn't get it. if Majiange isn't included which i didn't see any reminders. Anyway, the staff cleaned common room while we were in the room at 9.30pm that's not necessary at all, only showed that she didn't want us using common room, which was so rude.
