Super 8 by Wyndham Belleville IL/St. Louis Area

The room & bathroom wasn’t clean there was a hole in the bathroom door like someone kicked it. Seen two roaches one on the tv stand and the other on the stand between both beds. I did let the worker who checked us in know and showed pictures.

The room was very neat and tidy. The bed was soft and very comfortable. The price was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a medical emergency & left some items. We asked about retreiving them, but never heard back! Garbage free breakfast!

Great for price! Keeping in mind it’s a super 8 it was a decent over night stay.

The rooom was dirty. It stunk like cigarettes. They couldn't give us a different room. We left and drove home. We didnt stay because of the smell.

The room was not clean. Urine around bottom of toilet, bugs EVERYWHERE!! Carpet was dirty, bed linens had cigarette holes even though it’s suppose to be non smoking room. A/C was loud. Nothing good about this hotel

I was very appreciative of the front desk clerk for allowing me to check in 2 hours early as I was in town for a wedding. However, I was very disappointed in the facilities. The property didn't match the images used on the reservation site to the point where it was obvious they used images from a different property. The room had been cleaned, but the carpeting was dirty and torn, and the room was extremely run down - air conditioner worked intermittently, the bathroom was very small with no sink/cabinet space for toiletries, and some of the outlets didn't work. I also felt very unsafe based on the individuals loitering around the outside of the property. The rooms are only accessible from an outdoor walkway, and the doors are very close together, which would make it very easy to pull someone passing by into a room. The breakfast is a small corner of the very small lobby. While the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and allowed me to check in early, I just felt very unsafe and I felt like the hotel was a product of false advertising.

This is an older facility with few amenities. Rooms have older furniture and old worn carpeting and old thin towels... no coffee or drink cups in the room and enough shampoo for one person for one night. The breakfast bar was very spare... sweet rolls, cereal, yogurt, coffee and juice... no waffels, eggs or meat offereings. However everytying was clean and the staff were pleasant. this is a good location for downtown Belleville and priced accordingly.

Had a great stay at this property. Looks like the property is being updated. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a little dated. Would stay again.
