First of all, I haven't even checked in. We have an upcoming booking. And we had all sorts of questions and requests. Had 2 different rooms. Even before I could request for rooms to be adjacent, Nelda understood the need. And offered that she will have rooms adjacent to each other so that its easier for the family. Next, she answered all other questions with patience. I am looking forward to this trip, more than anything else, to meet customer service experts like her who are dedicated, passionate, friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure the visitors are comfortable and have a good experience. We were in town today to pick up our daughter from International Gymnastics Camp and our 2 sons tomorrow from International Sports Camp so we stayed here due to being less than 20 minutes away from the camps this is by far one of the lowest standard hotels I have stayed in. For the price this hotel is very below the Hilton standards I have stayed in to become a Gold Member. I was allowed to check in early thanks to the young lady at the front desk this morning but was not greeted as a honors member at all. Now the problems: this hotel has no microwave in the room at least ours Hotel feels and looks outdated especially the gym with the leaking ceiling There was no sweet shop visible to purchase snacks/drinks only saw a couple of soda machines on the floors The refrigerators in the room did not get cold The carpet in the room was dirty as you can see spots and the bathroom was not cleaned well The doors have a gap where you can see light and the hallway The tv is a joke super small for 2022/the remote didn’t work half the time There was no visible workstation with the standard desktop and printer Hilton usually offers in the hotels The hotel is tucked away in a residential neighborhood The evening shift the lady and the guy tonight we’re to busy laughing and joking to acknowledge the guest Will probably skip breakfast in the morning due to how this hotel feels. Save your money and go to the other Hilton it looks more modern online.

Red Roof Inn Stroudsburg is one of the best budget-friendly hotels in Stroudsburg, PA that is located off US Highway 209 in the entertainment district. The Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, Pocono Raceway, and Jack Frost Mountain and Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) are just a short drive.The hotel offers a guest laundry facility, and free parking. This place is an amazing location for my short stay of four days. But it was just amazing after a long flight to walk into a hotel and be greeted by such a welcoming individual.The rooms were immaculate . I would like to take a moment to acknowledge your employees each and everyone of them for maintaining the hotel from the amazing woman that greeted you in the morning and set up that amazing continental breakfast to everyone who maintained your room clean and checked everyday to make sure that you had enough towels. On my last day I ran into a young couple who was checking in and I just had to tell them that they did the right choice on staying at Penn Stroud. This is by far the best hotel near here and yes I have stayed in many in Pa. Thank you all for your serve and the pride that each and everyone of you did in your working capacity.❤️👏👏

I have stayed many, many times at this hotel so I figured I would write them a review. I have always found the hotel clean, quiet and cozy. Keep in mind it's a Super 8, not the Ritz and you'll find you get more than your money's worth. For the same price as other area hotels in the same class(ahem Days Inn), you'll get a friendly staff and safe atmosphere. Nice convenient location too.

We didn't stay at this motel . (we were staying next door at the Super 8) .. We can in only for dinner .. Had a very good meal and wait staff was friendly and helpful. 2 days later i notice a small error on the receipt ” call and spoke with manager and a few days later I rec. a credit on my card Thanking management for their help

Couples getaway last week at Shawnee Inn was so memorable. The Inn itself is a joy to explore. The management offers morning hikes, golf cart tours and a historic guided tour of the hotel. After a day of exploring and hiking the nearby parks, sitting on the porch in a rocker facing the mighty Delaware was a pleasant conclusion to the day. The Dinners in the a River Room were made special by the attentive wait staff. The trout was recommended and was a hit, fresh, and served with perfectly prepared mashed potatoes. The pace of the evening dinner was welcomed. The Gem and Keystone has a casual menu. Great choice, bartender makes a good Moscow Mule. We have dined there before, both outside and on the first two levels. This time we were seated on the third level.loved looking at the photos around the room. The room was second floor, back and gave us a view of a garden of Hostas, the largest we have ever seen. Beautiful when the sun was setting. Room was clean and had all we needed. The location of Shawnee Inn is central to many hiking trails. We discovered Tumbling Waters trail at the Environmental Center. challenging on the return side for us seniors but so worth two hours. Haley and all the front end staff are very accommodating and helpful. They enjoy working there.
