I’ve been to many hotels for personal and business trips, but even in hotels with more stars, none could match the customer service I experienced at Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring in Bangalore. Everyone from different positions made us feel special and made sure that we are having a good stay at the hotel. Breakfast was 10/10! Everyday, I was excited to have my breakfast and haven’t tasted a single menu that I didn’t like. Chef Vijay made sure that we are having the best food checking on us daily. Nabil served as well daily, and on our last day, I asked if my favorite kiwi yogurt is still available as it’s not in the buffet area, and I wanted my manager to try how good it was. At first, a girl told us that unfortunately it’s not available anymore, but eventually, after awhile Nabil brought us a bowl of kiwi yogurt (they might have freshly made it). Before check out, I was having trouble contacting my flight airline, but Ajanta from front desk made several calls to make sure that I have the right contact about my concern and always pleasant whenever talk to her. I had a problem with my excess baggage and though this does not concern them anymore, Manish helped in all he could from weighing and packing stuff in a box and Anil from concierge also called several courier services to check on how I could have my package delivered to my country. I was in so much stress in the last day of my stay, but Fairfield staff gave me so much great service that made me feel like a VIP. It was my first time in India, and that experience in the hotel is one of the best memories I had. Before I could even leave, they already made me feel like wanting to go back and bring my family and friends too so they could also experience the great services that I had. I am very much looking forward to stay in this hotel again. Thank you so much Ajanta, Chef Vijay, Manish, Anil, Nabil, and to all the staff that I didn’t get the chance to know their names, but made me from Philippines, my manager from Japan and my colleague from Mumbai had the best experience at your hotel.
