BC Music Resort

Well we've just come back from 6 days at this hotel we went as a group of friends all ages for my daughters 21st birthday, and had a fantastic time, thanks to the hotel for upgrading us to a balcony room, The rooms were clean and tidy we had a big TV, fridge, microwave, small kitchen, bathroom, balcony with chairs and table, our room slept 5 so we had 3 beds in the front bedroom with a dining area, 2 beds in the back room with plenty of wardrobe space for clothes, there was a few cracks in the floor tiles in the bathroom but no big deal. Also we found the key on the wrist bands very handy. Food was OK we had breakfast every day, and the odd snack in the afternoon Drinks were good and made by the fabulous Johnny in the bar 🍸 All staff were absolutely fantastic in the bar and on reception, the cleaners were also lovely and always polite. Rafa and the entertainment team were always there getting us involved with the activities including the foam party on Tuesday was a great fun atmosphere and plenty of laughs. This hotel is a party hotel and does get very busy at weekends, Also we paid our 50 euros each for the room bond in cash and it was returned in cash, just if anyone was worried about using there cards, Definitely not as bad as I thought after reading some reviews 😅 Hope this helps x x

We have just landed after a three night stay. Like everyone else I had a look at reviews briefly before we went but just brushed them off as you get bad and good reviews everywhere! It’s just unfortunate that a lot of the reviews do ring true. On arrival my initial thoughts was that it looked nice, the lady on the check in desk was lovely and helpful too. Rafa also came to greet our party and brought us all a cocktail. After check in we went up to our rooms and this is just where it went a bit downhill. The room was basic, small and a bit prison like. Our room had no balcony, and the bath wasn’t great - old and worn. The bathroom sink wasn’t very clean and there were cracked tiles on the bathroom floor. The beds were clean and had clean bedding on them. We were there for three nights so we made do. However another one of our rooms on the booking wasn’t great at all and they actually paid to upgrade for a slightly cleaner room. Two rooms out of three were cleaned daily with new towels and bedding, for some reason ours wasn’t. We had new towels the second day but no clean bedding. We literally used the rooms as a base so we didn’t have to spend much time in there. We went and had a look at the lunch offering the day of check in and was really disappointed with the food available. Just not appealing whatsoever and this continued for lunch and dinner service. The breakfast was the only nice thing they offered whilst we were there. Some of our guests were really appalled with the food that they couldn’t eat it, they were made omelettes a couple of times. Cocktails were okay, bar staff were lovely. Pools weren’t great. The pool areas didn’t smell very clean, all of the plastic chairs and loungers smelt dirty and of old alcohol and could have really done with being sanitised. As could the fake grass. The sun moves away from the main pool at 12 so is cold round that area. The indoor pool is absolutely disgusting. Green and murky. I don’t think it would have been safe to swim in. All in all, it wasn’t the best experience for the hen party.

Honestly worst place I've ever been. Firstly the rooms..... ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. Secondly the food...... All I can say is what food?, the very little food that was there was vile. I'm completely shocked that this is classed as a 3/4 star hotel?!? I would NEVER return, or recommend and I've stayed in some dives.

paid £39 per person to go to yesterdays pool party. arrived around 1, the email said the party was 12-8. well let’s just say the party doesn’t start until 5 and by the time 5 comes almost everyone has already left. there was a dj 12-2 but couldn’t hear the music it was far too quiet. the outside area including pool was in the shade by 3 o’clock and everyone was crammed in one corner chasing the sun. the tickets advertised food/snacks but there was nothing to be seen. everyone was complaining to the “entertainment team” about the pool party with no music. the drinks were all inclusive which was great! vodka slushes were nice but they were only available for the first hour or two. the foam party then started at 5 o’clock which was an indoor pool, we had a good time there to be fair, but just wish the music was louder. they kicked my friend out and told her to wait outside for 5 minutes like she was on the naughty step for jumping in the pool. which we found funny!! people we spoke to staying at the hotel said it’s the worst hotel they’ve ever stayed in and were shocked people paid £39 to go there for the day.

Started off well hotel seemed good weather fab. Was there with 3 other girls. On arrival we paid £200 deposit this morning when we left the room was left spotless went down to check out and get deposit back to be told one bed had been broken. Not while we stayed that’s for sure we told them that it must have been done before but they didn’t want to know and had €80 euros taken off the deposit we had a nice chilled holiday no one in our room but us unlike other guests so was shocked by this. Had no time to dispute this as our transfer was waiting outside. Be careful as this was a load of nonsense. So once we got to airport I had a notification with another €80 been taken off my card. Iv read reviews about deposits before we went but didn’t think it would happen to us well I was wrong will not return and will tell all my friends about this experience and advise anyone to think twice before booking here. Also a hen party turned up that had paid €600 for a pool party to get there and be told it’s not on today and moved to another day just a joke of a hotel not one DJ in sight and no music played at all! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Just got back and I'd like to feedback our experience. Hotel looks good but you have a few key things wrong. 1.. our expectations were to have a music hotel. The music was limited to the bar area, no outside or rooftop DJ. Great setup but not used to it's advantage! 2.. drink... Drinks all inclusive, no complaints apart from stops at 7pm! Every night we saw a mass exodus because of this, nobody in sight some evenings. Why not make all inclusive drinks and get parties going after 7pm? 3.. food .. very poor .. most stuff was very overcooked, dry, tasteless and no wonder the restaurant was empty mostly. Breakfast was sort of ok, but sort out your juice machine, so slow!! Sausages tasted odd for breakfast. On our last night 11th March, food was excellent, all very fresh, plenty choice, everyone I spoke to loved it so learn from this :) 4.. staff, all were lovely, helpful, no complaints 5.. room, we were lucky and seemed to get a modern one compared to other friends on 6th floor It's a music hotel guys, start getting it right and you'll start getting people staying. We wouldn't stay again, but would be curious in future if it improves

Just back from a great hen weekend. Rooms were clean. Food was enough to get you by. Drinks were great, pool party great. The staff treated us well and couldn’t do enough for us. Had a great time would deffo come back with friends. We all stayed on the 3rd floor.

Great spot to sit and have a few drinks and food whilst taking in the sun..just a short walk off the beach very reasonably priced for food and drinks staff are brilliant as well ..no waiting around nothings too much trouble for them..must go to place..

Horrible hotel atmosphere. The staff was rude and useless, the hotel was like a club to the point where you couldn’t sleep because of the noise, and the pool was full of people and disgusting. The rooms were old and dirty. And most of the guests were drunk or doing *****, so a problematic atmosphere would always form. We literally walked in to check in during a fight. Definitely not a place to go with family or on a vacation. Would never go again.
