This resort is superb. The ONLY 2 things we would recommend is to have just a french fry stand and a 24hr coffee Service at Mike's. The food is great, pools are awesome, entertainment was great and rooms very comfortable and beavh is great. Will hundred percent recommend this resort.

Our stay was great. Had a room with an ocean view, a couple of steps from the beach. Our cups were never empty due to all the staff being helpful. Big thanks to the bar crew Antonio, Gustavo, Hilda, Henry, Rocio, Eduardo, Maricela and Alejandro. Definitely would visit again, probably upgrade to a suite with a kitchen next time. We had two queen size beds and big shower.

the staff around the main pool was spectacular Marcela & Kevin specifically!
the dinning room/buffet was ok only one on the entire property and really nothing to snack on only just meal times.... the staff in the dining area were either ignoring us or were just too busy - still on the fence as to which. Check in you are flooded with "if you dont do" there will be extra charges kind of thing. No map of property was given - didnt locate "public restrooms" until our 3rd day - as there are zero signs directing you to any. Bar staff, short handed for sure, and dont offer any suggestions on "fun" cocktails or drinks - just a short menu of specialty drinks in very small font -

This is a good resort for rest and relaxation. The staff was very friendly. The resort was clean and well kept. The beach is just steps away and there is plenty room at the pool. I really enjoyed myself at this resort except for 1 thing. The food was awful. Sensai was the only restaurant that was good and you need reservations for dinner. Everything else was not worth it and I ate at every single restaurant. My last 1.5 days there I just stopped eating despite being get hungry. To make matters worse, the food kept sending me to the toilet. There needs to be a redo of all the food at the resort. After that it would be a top notch resort.

Everyone from Check in to Restaurant staff to Gustavo at the bar in the pool and entertainment. Staff was amazing. Gustavo remembered our drinks and had the best shots. Fernando and everyone dancing and laughing in the pool with his activities. Everyone was friendly and smiley.

Ricardo was the man! He made sure we had everything we needed from drinks to towels, etc. Entertainment staff such as Kevin was very friendly and engaging. Overall just a great resort.

Our second time at this property . Great location. The staff and hospitality is of high standard.
The rooms are clean and fresh. Some evidence of wear and tear with minor leaks and cracks in places. Restaurant choices are good although you don’t need to stray from the buffet.
Pools are very large and clean. The beach is very accessible.
Overall a wonderful place for families to enjoy.
