Normally, I don’t write anything bad about the paces I stayed, but this one deserves special attention. The mattresses were so hard that I woke up in pain few times during my one night stay. If you want to have a rest on your trip, that’s not the place I would recommend to stay.

The room was lovely- ish. They are in the middle of construction. The room need some help in terms of proper painting and drywall in bathroom. The outside property is a little unkempt. The place has tremendous potential, but some kinks must be worked out. I would still stay there again. I want to see the owners progress of transformation:)

Great place to stay at within budget. Staff is great and helpful with all accommodations. Room was very clean and quite. I recommend this place to all my friends and family

The rooms were dirty. One had dog pee on the floors so we switched rooms the next room didn’t have a working AC and smelled like cigarettes and was dirty so the third room we stayed in because I was tired of moving rooms but the bed sheets had dog hair all over them. They made us change our own bedding. It only had one outlet and couldn’t plug I. The TV and refrigerator at the same time The TV didn’t work so that solved the outlet problem.

The stuff nice and friendly but the place it’s self is old and need some improvement. The best thing was it’s really quiet and nothing is bothering. You get what you pay for

Upon arrival at 6:30pm the room was not ready or a 3pm check in and was under sloppy construction till 8:30. They were installing curtain rods, slapping on paint, and poorly sweeping the debris.
This was a last minute booking and low cost so I partially knew i was in for something. It made me feel uneasy to the point that every time I left I took my valuables with me. There are several 'guests' that seem to be milling around eyeing you up as you come and go which all seem to be recovering or current meth *******.
- the door had pry marks on it
- the cabinets doors fell off
- moldy smell
- dollar store towels
- sheet stains
- sloppy paint job
... seemed very 'methy'

It looks like people use this as temporary housing with cooking in the parking lot. The price was right for one night on a through trip.
