The hotel looks great as you pull up to it, heck even the lobby looks great, but when you get to the room, it falls apart from there.

Had to fix my toilet as it was zip tied together, the lamps had to be plugged in and unplugged to turn on and off, tape over the sprinkler system, shower drain broken. Was told breakfast starts at 6:30 when I checked wasn’t ready at 6:50

We enjoyed about our stay except for the people in the next room. They had their tv turned up very loud all night. I should have called down to the front desk, but I didn't. Will stay here again.

Workers are rude and very rushing. Water pressure and water heat are terrible.

The staff did what they could, the place had a broken curtain in the room, We couldn't sleep with the light in us face, we could never close the curtain. The bathroom was clean, the carpet was very dirty, the pool dried out my skin with so much chlorine.

The price was fair but the room eas not in great shape. Lights didn't have covers, the couch made it imppssible to push the cart past. Went to get apple juice and had dead bugs in my juice. The room was 85° when we arrived. The tissue box was completely empty, why even leave it in the room if you are not going to provide tossues. Ice mace didnt work. Bed was so HARD, felt like I was sleeping in the floor.

It was very good choice. This was our first time staying in this hotel. Friendly staff and cleanliness was what I like most. They surprised us with hot breakfast. I’d just would have liked some more juice choices.

The service was outstanding by everyone, especially Roy. The rooms were acceptable; but the carpet was stained and the room was supposed to be non-smoking, yet the carpet in rm 222 had cigarette burns and the bathroom counter had a cigarette burn. The bed sheets were clean, however the bottom sheet had a low thread count and was beginning to pill a little. The room smelled very musty and when I turned on the heater it reeked of what smelled like urine. I spoke to Roy at the front desk and he personally did his best to have the room and heater smell eradicated (with some success). While the effort to remove the musty scent was not entirely successful, the room was much better and did not trigger my allergies to smoking anymore. The breakfast was great with three kinds of cereal, waffles, yogurt, bread/toast, bagels, fruit, scrambled eggs, and sausages (pork, not beef or turkey unfortunately), coffee, orange or apple juice, and water. There both large and small bowls available for the cereal. The toaster did a good job. The staff had a prepared list of nearby restaurants for the remaining meals of the day, and there are also a Meijer and Walmart stores with a very good deli if you wanted something fast and reasonably priced in a hurry. There is a pool and exercise room (which was well equipped and in good condition). There were conference rooms and a business center available as well. The WIFi service was strong and operated very well during my stay.

Very disappointing. Lights in critical places didn't work. Person checked and said would be back with replacements; never showed. Got an ADA room (not requested / reserved). Coffee maker but no pot.

My husband and myself decided to do a last minute trip. While the room was clean , the air conditioning didn’t work. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The shower had poor water pressure and very noisy.

Great customer service clean, quiet room easy parking and highway access. Free breakfast

4 out of the 6 towels in the bathroom were stained/dirty. The floor was uneven and creaked very loudly. Will not stay here again.

This room should not be rented until issues repaired. Not well maintained, only one waste basket, freezer needs defrosting, toilet dirty on outside, bath sink clogged spicket, no stopper, inadequate lighting one wall fixture out, bed accessible from only one side, floor uneven slants. This is not the type of room I am used to at Country Inn. I will think twice before renting again.
