環境特別好，在大山裡很安靜。工作人員也很熱情，服務的特別到位。晚飯就在這吃的，可以單點。菜都是現炒好的，特別有鍋氣！味道很好，價格還不貴。服務員大姐會根據實際人數推薦菜品，特別貼心。大山的風景也很好，下次有機會還會選擇在這住的。

房間整潔，設施完善，酒店距離景區門口比較近，方便拿取行李，景區內風景優美，孩子的遊樂項目比較豐富，特別適合一家老小的親子游。

房間床單有血跡和頭髮非常噁心衞生太差了退房時候和前台反饋沒有任何説法和沒聽見一樣別墅也不過如此太臟了後悔體驗感很差的一次住宿。

房間窗子正對着酒店的廚房，早上不到6點噪音大到極致，店員沒有及時提醒，晚上到店已經10點鐘，沒有留意，特別可怕，一堆大煤氣罐就在自己的窗邊，請有關部門關注一下

就在景區裏，很方便，早餐豐富。標間的兩個床都很大，都是雙人床。新建的民宿不錯。沒有電梯，行李多，不方便。還有就是車不讓開進去。超級喜歡這家酒店，以後有機會還會選擇入住

酒店是在大冰溝景區裏面，入住中心和餐廳是一個樓，新建的是沒有最後完善，奢華豪華還有標間都是在這個新樓樓上，目前無線網絡和📺是沒有裝好。我定的是奢華大床，衹有6666和8888房間非常大，環境很安靜，不過略微有一點點裝修味道。樓下吃飯很方便，就在一樓，有包房有散桌，價格不貴。
由於棚頂🈶️熱水管發出的噪音，工作人員給換了青龍閣。青龍閣是再往裡麪走的一個別墅，環境更好，而且已經營業了兩年，東西都是全的。我換的是躍層榻榻米，房間不大但是很適合一家三口住，服務人員還給加了被子，設施也都不錯。孩子第一次住榻榻米，特別興奮。
