Onze kamer bevindt zich op begane grond van een huis dat verbouwd is tot een hotel. Gordijn sluit niet af waardoor geen privacy. Veel lawaai boven plafond. Prullen bak ontbreekt.

During rainy weather, water leaked through the ceiling of our room. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell, and the exterior areas were very dirty. The shower cabin door was broken, making it difficult and unsafe to use. The stairs were slippery, and the handrail was inadequate for safety. There was also a sharp metal sign attached in a dangerous position near the stairs, creating a risk of injury. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, consisting of only a few basic items such as some olives and eggs. What disappointed us the most was the staff’s reaction. Despite all these issues, we received no sincere apology and were simply told “goodbye” with a smile when leaving. We expected much better customer service and a genuine effort to address our concerns.
