The facilities were good.
It was nice that there was a small supermarket nearby.
however
The subway line is nearby, but it's a bit far from tourist attractions, so it's not great.
The facilities are good and there is a bathtub.
The water comes out well too.
It's great if the location is good, but it's a shame.

The hotel front desk and rooms are very small, and the hardware is just like a small hotel. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was indifferent, and the cleaning staff said that the hotel would not be cleaned after 2 o'clock unless it was listed. It was too inconsistent with the price and not worth it. The guy at the front desk before finally leaving was very enthusiastic and helped us call a taxi.

The property itself is meh, the bed was comfortable but the room was not super clean. The area is very unsafe feeling and the staff were the rudest staff i’ve met in all of Germany.
The room did not get serviced while we were there, and you even have to go to a “service point” to get your own toilet paper if you need more.
The garden house was quiet, but very inconvenient to get to, you had to take multiple elevators and stair sets.
Theres also not reception 24/7 so you have to enter through the garage in an area that already doesn’t feel that safe. The hotel is also pretty far from most of the touristy stuff.

Right next to UBahn and Supermarket. Just over the bridge from Bellevue. Not quite on the doorstep of all the main areas but really close and we enjoyed our walks along the river when we didn't use the UBahn. Our quitet room with balcony was at the back over a courtyard and the birdsong was just incredible. Well designed. Kitchen utensils very basic so don't plan to cook anything fancy! When setting up a small basic kitchen with the minimum of utensils, dishes, pans etc I thought it was a very strange choice to see that lemon squeezer, garlic press and potato peeler were deemed necessary over a small sharp knife!
