Worst hostel I've ever been to. Stinks, dirty, especially bathrooms. Upon late arrival, due to a delayed flight, they decided to cancel my whole week without a refund. I was forced to book 2 nights for additional cost while I find somewhere better. Which won't be hard to find. What a bunch of extortionate crooks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The staff are friendly but the management is awful.

My sister and I booked a room for a night. Check-in is from 3pm which is kinda little late and Checkout is at 11. I am not sure but we booked ours via *********** and it comes with the bedsheets and covers. Others who checked in before us needed to pay extra for those. The place was old. The steps were creaking. There were no elevators and lights at the stairway. It was kinda creepy. The room we had was on the 4th floor and just beside the common WC. It was clean and the bed is just right comfy for two. I was a little concerned about the safety of our belongings but we left without losing anything.. soo, all good.

My partner and I booked to stay for 2 nights we paid and our flight to Germany from Thailand was rescheduled to the next day we contacted the property to explain we will be checking in a day late but they said you can't even though we paid for 2 nights we was only going to stay the 1 night the messages we were sent was shocking to say the least avoid this hotel/hostel at all cost they take your money and don't care about customers we were left with no choice but to stay at the airport please don't fall victim to this unprofessional place as the customer service was not seen look elsewhere 😡

- Unbelievably unfriendly receptionists. One could BARELY speak English. ( how constructive?) - PRIVATE bathrooms had not been cleaned in the 3 week stay that I was there… gross!!! - abandoned me when my flight was delayed and had to arrive at the hostel later in the evening. (Was homeless for the night that I arrived) - did I mention bad attitude from staff?? - no apologies for any of the unconvinces as a foreign traveller. - first time 3 years ago was alright but still below average but this time was disgusting. Never never never again!!!!!

The WORST hostel. Avoid it and book a normal hotel for same price. We booked a big group for 2020 but due to pandemic the students couldn't go. We tried to find a solution with director but he is so unprofessional, screaming in the phone always and hang up the phone. We are sent like 30 emails and letter already and they do not react .We keep asking for voucher or refund for our client as the amount paid is around 4000 eur but with no succes. THE service and staff are so CHEAP.

Βρώμικο. Κάθε μέρα σχεδόν κάποιοι από την παρέα μου αναγκάζονταν τα ξημερώματα να ζητήσουν κρεβάτια τα οποία είχαν ήδη πληρώσει, γιατί κάποιοι άγνωστοι κοιμούνταν ήδη στα δικά τους. Ο ρεσεψιονίστ δε νοιαζόταν καθόλου. Τα σεντόνια κι οι μαξιλαροθήκες δεν άλλαζαν ποτέ. Οι ντουζιέρες χωρίζονται μεταξύ τους με κουρτίνες. Υπάρχουν δύο μπάνια μόνο σε κάθε όροφο. Τα σκεπάσματα κάποιες φορές δεν επαρκούσαν για όλους και αναγκαστικά κοιμηθήκαμε αλλού. Δεν είδαμε ποτέ κάποιον να καθαρίζει. Επίσης δεν έχει ασανσέρ, ενώ έχει πολλούς ορόφους.

Heel vreemde sfeer, spookhotel, sliep in grote dorm met slechts 3 anderen, niet duits noch engels pratend en was personeel m.i.. Alles ziet er behoorlijk aftands uit. Douchen overgeslagen, zonder slot op deur, slechts douchegordijn. Absoluut geen aanrader, brrr! Hier zo'n 10 jaar geleden geweest, totaal andere sfeer, niets van over. Shabby

Uno dei peggiori ostelli in cui abbia soggiornato. Ero sola in camerata da 8 mista, il prezzo é basso ma non abbastanza per il livello di lerciume della struttura. Materassi tutti macchiati con pezzi di chissà cosa appiccicati sopra, puzzo di piedi assurdo nella stanza, nessuna superficie su cui appoggiare le tue cose, armadietti vomitevoli, birre sp**** dappertutto, bagni con docce solo per donne ma comunque senza chiave. La zona é una delle più carine per i locali, ma é anche una delle zone dove gira più droga. Non mi sono sentita particolarmente al sicuro, considerando che comunque alla reception nelle ore notturne non c'era nessuno. La ragazza che mi ha fatto check in e check out é stata gentile, ma sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura in generale ma soprattutto a ragazze che viaggiano sole.

Ich war im März 2022 das erste mal nach der Pandemie mal wieder in Berlin zu Besuch und habe mich für das 36 Rooms Hostel entschieden. Und ich muss sagen sowohl die Lage als auch das Hostel an sich haben voll überzeugt. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Außerdem ist das hostel super um gleich mal neue Leuten kennen zu lernen mit denen man essen oder feiern gehen kann. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt, sodass ich bei zukünftigen Berlin-Besuchen auf jeden Fall hier wieder Gast sein werde.
