The room was excellent, and the bathroom was spotless (which is something I really care about). The owner was very welcoming and patient during check-in, and even provided free croissants and coffee in the morning. Transportation nearby is very convenient, with both a subway station and bus stops within easy reach.

The hotel's facilities are great: it's very close to the metro and bus stations, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It's also just a ten-minute walk to the Berlin Zoo. As for service: breakfast is included, and the croissants are delicious! (●°u°●) The coffee machine offers milk, coffee, and hot chocolate.

The hotel is in a perfect location, making it very convenient to get to all the main attractions. The facilities are also very nice. A special thank you to Sandra Hoffmann – she is incredibly friendly and patient, always greeting guests with a warm smile. Her kindness made me feel truly at home. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very basic hotel. Great thing is breakfast is free from 7-11am. Near to U2 line metro. Bad thing is no matter how long you stay, only 1 bottle of 1L drinking water provided. Housekeeping not available, only request towel etc at counter if need.

Nice hotel in a very central location with friendly staff and a small complimentary breakfast (croissants & coffee) in the lobby. There's also an option to sit outside.

The price was good, and the TV was big and new, with English channels available. It's located near a shopping district with lots of stores and restaurants. It's also close to the subway and bus stops, though it's about 3-4 bus stops from the train station and a bit far from the city center. We walked back from the Brandenburg Gate through the woods, and it took us 45 minutes, not the 30 minutes mentioned in some reviews! The free croissant and coffee were delicious, and the front desk staff spoke excellent English. There were many international guests, and the area felt safe with no homeless people around. The only downside was a bit of trash in the neighborhood that wasn't cleaned regularly. The room was a bit small and dusty, but it didn't bother us too much, and some of the facilities were a bit old. Also, my friend and I had requested two single beds, but we only got one. The pillows were also too soft.

The staff members were very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The water dispenser on each floor was convenient. I just wish there was a refrigerator.

This place is great! It's only a 3-minute walk from the subway station and very close to the city center, which made getting around super easy. The accommodation was clean and tidy, and I really appreciated that the floor wasn't carpeted. They also provide coffee and a simple breakfast in the mornings. I highly recommend this place!

The room was quite spacious and the bed was soft. You need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. The door lock is a single deadbolt that automatically locks, and it took me a while on the first night to realize there's no manual lock. The shower water temperature was inconsistent, sometimes warm, sometimes hot. There's an Edeka supermarket nearby, along with several Chinese restaurants and cafes. It's also quite close to the subway station, about a three to four-minute walk. Across from the subway station is a shopping center with many stores to browse. There's also a Haribo store relatively close by where you can buy keychains as souvenirs. Friendly staff.

The place was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Although there was no air conditioning in the room, the fan helped keep it cool and comfortable. The area felt safe, which was a plus.
