まず最寄り駅から15分以上歩きます。石畳なので、キャリーは困難に思うことも多いです。日中は人通りや車通りも多く、近くにカフェやブランド店も多く、ウインドウショッピングも楽しめます。
建物はレトロな雰囲気があり、旅行気分を高めてくれます。
フロントの男性たちは明るくフレンドリーです。朝食はビュッフェ方式で種類も多く、10ユーロで良かったです。
部屋は角部屋の道路側のベランダ付きでした。街並みを見物したり、空模様を見たり、満足できるロケーションです。
ただ、冷蔵庫やポットはありません。エアコンもありません（オイルヒーターと扇風機あり）。洗面所、トイレ、シャワー室がまとまってるタイプです。清潔感はあります。
特に困ったことは、テレビの電波が悪いのか、時々見えなくなったり、画面が乱れたり止まったりしました。あと、鍵の解錠が困難で、理解して慣れるまでに悩みます。そしてエレベーターが日本では見かけない手動扉タイプで、こちらも慣れるまではドキドキすると思います。

Old, but good hotel in a superb neighbourhood. Very reasonable price. Clean room with a very comfy bed. Sadly, there was no fridge or minibar in the room. Wi-Fi was weak, the (warm) water pressure in the shower as well. I would definitely recommend this property,

Hotel is in an old building and the rooms have much issues, specially the one I got. Luckily after spending one night outside, the guy on the reception gave me another room which was better than the previous one.

Die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Mit der guten Busanbindung war das Stadtzentrum schnell zu erreichen. Auch Bäcker und Läden sind direkt in der Nähe, was sehr praktisch ist.
Meine im Vorfeld geäußerten Wünsche, wie beispielsweise drei Einzelbetten, wurden berücksichtigt, was ich sehr positiv fand.
Leider gab es auch einige Kritikpunkte. Der Teppich im Zimmer hatte viele Flecken und sah recht abgenutzt aus. Die Fotos, die im Internet verfügbar sind, scheinen älter zu sein und spiegeln den aktuellen Zustand nicht wirklich wider. Ein weiterer Punkt ist der Aufzug, der sehr eng war und einen etwas unsicheren Eindruck machte.
Für Reisende, die ein sauberes Bett für die Nacht suchen, ist das Hotel gut geeignet. Die Betten waren sauber, und das Bettzeug wurde täglich gewechselt. Man sollte jedoch bedenken, dass die Zimmer weniger dazu einladen, dort länger zu verweilen.
Zusammenfassend ist das Hotel eine solide Wahl für einen kurzen, unkomplizierten Aufenthalt, wenn man hauptsächlich zum Übernachten dort ist und keine luxuriöse Ausstattung erwartet.
