The rooms are spacious and clean, and the water pressure is very good.
It's nice that it's close to the main square, and the staff is so friendly~ I'll definitely be visiting again!!

The location was incredibly good, the room we stayed in was larger than hotels in Europe. In my opinion, the only drawback was that there was no elevator access from the parking lot. We parked the car in the parking lot thinking it had a connection, but we didn't know the first night we would stay there. But as I said, the location and the size of the rooms were very good. Since we left at 8 in the morning and were out until 10 in the evening, we were naturally going from bed to bed. If you stay in a room with a queen bed, there is no need for an extra bed for the child. We were 1 minute away from the place in the photo. You are very close to everywhere, it was a successful hotel for us

The staff at this Mercure was very friendly and very helpful on this business trip. Wissal was so helpful to me and spoke perfect English. The hotel is centrally located in the city center but on a quiet street. My room was spacious and clean, it was also very quiet. I would stay here again.

The front desk host was very nice. the lobby has filtered water dispenser. The hotel room is spacious, come with a mini fridge, but no towel warmer.

Great location, standard hotel. The hotel is in the centre of Strasbourg and during the Chris**as market times you need a permit to reach the hotel by car. The hotel only provides this upon request, together with a map which bridge you can pass. The hotel has no restaurant, but the hotel next door (Sofitel-same group) has one which you can reach through connecting hallway. The rooms are standard, one chair, open wardrobe, shower or bath, comfy beds. Hotel has offers breakfast and has an underground parking. Location is really 4 minutes walk from the centre.

Arriving late on a Saturday (Oct. 7) evening, the lady at the reception was extremely kind and arranged a booking at a very nice restaurant for us. This excellent service more than compensated some shortcomings of the rooms and their equipment. Merci!
