Hotel is in a very good location in the centre near the old town walls. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Premier Inn is always reliable and good value for money.

Just had a lovely weekend here .The place is clean and staff are really friendly. We only had breakfast which was lovely could not fault it .Would definitely return as this is one off the best one,s we have stopped at and we have stopped at quite a few

Friendly helpful staff and a comfortable room. We had a small window but great view. It did seem slightly too warm in the morning but OK on the whole. Free parking just around the corner. The bar had a fairly good selection of drinks. A nice central position.

Everything you'd expect in a Premier Inn plus really friendly and helpful staff. Free plentiful parking next door on the Quay.

A lovely small hotel, the staff were spot on, very friendly, and so helpful. We were in the accessible Premier Plus room. Really nice and roomy. Spotless too. Great food and hot plates. Yippee! Good local parking areas Good vibe in the bar and restaurant.

I big thankyou to Julia and Sarah who went above and beyond in welcoming me and helping me with my booking. They were very freindly and nothing was too much trouble. They were ace. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to Riverside walks and the town walls It has a relaxed feeling and I would stay there again. Great Hotel.

Great location with friendly, helpful staff but room was far too warm. Windows don’t open so reliant on in room air conditioning. Panel doesn’t go below 19 degrees and when operating didn’t cool the room at all. Also reset and turned itself off during the night leading to a poor sleep experience

Windows wouldn’t open, and no decent cooling. Customer relations equally bad quality, and so t expect to get to talk to any of them…even the staff said it would be impossible. Premier Inn don’t care
