I have been stayed in this hotel multiple times. This is an excellent place to stay because of its proximity to the park, quality of service and food. The hotel is very professionally managed with attention to small details. The warm welcome on arrival and quick check in process is truly amazing. The rooms are elegant, well appointed and functional. For a photographer the rooms offer plenty of space for your equipment and enough charging points. The owner, Laxman ji, personally interacts with the guests and makes them feel at home. He is extremely knowledgeable about the sanctuary and birds. He is also very knowledgeable about photographic equipment. The food is amazing and reminds one of home cooked food. The dining area is spacious and elegant. As I used to visit the park early in the morning, my breakfast was packed and kept ready at the reception at 6.15 am. This is really great as no photographer would like to miss reaching the park before sunrise (the Sanctuary opens at 6.30 am in winter). There is hot water in the bathroom 24 x 7. The Wi fi is excellent and immediately on arrival you are given a welcome slip with all wi-fi passwords. The entire staff is very well trained and extremely courteous. I was particularly impressed with the ever smiling and helpful manager Mr Dharmendra Singh. He is very positive and helpful. The staff is resourceful and helps you with local transport as well as transport to take you back to Jaipur or Delhi. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Disorganized chaos reigns at Hotel Sunbird. Food stops early, overpriced and bad. Food timings are like prison visits. Noise and grime rule, construction non-stop, rooms dusty, bathrooms suspect. Leftover buffet sends guests green. Save your money, sleep sounder elsewhere. Avoid this overpriced disappointment.

Disappointed by the service, especially the dining experience was absolutely horrible. They would not take any order beyond 9:30pm, irrespective of we being having the food on the table… 🤐🤐 similarly the breakfast timings were only upto 9:30 am. The staff seemed to be too basic and unprofessional.

One of the worst experiences ever. The hotel had construction going on throughout the day from 9 am to 7.30 pm. The din was so loud and irritating that we couldn't get an iota of rest the whole day. Unhelpful staff. Bad service. High prices of all food items. They refused to get us additional rotis in between our meal as they do not provide food service after 9 pm. The large vents in the bathroom did not have any glass (to avoid saving the cost of putting an exhaust fan) so there was cold air coming into the room throughout the day and night. It was freezing in January. No tea/ coffee maker in the room. Low occupancy : people must have read the reviews posted which we unfortunately did not go through. Nothing is good, except location that too only when you are visiting Bird Sanctuary.

Excellent stay, our first accommodation in India. The staff were very helpful and the room was pleasant. I was nervous about the food but it was good quality and safe. Though Bharatpur is not a very attractive city, Keoladeo is a beautiful national park and a birders-heaven and this hotel is only 2 minutes away by tuk-tuk.

Very comfortable stay. Room is good size ,very clean and comfortable. We had packed breakfast as we left at 7 am for bird sanctuary. It’s 300 metres from sanctuary gate. Staff was very accommodating, Mr Laxman and his team were very helpful. We had an excellent visit.

UNSAFE FOR WOMEN!! WORST HOTEL, STAFF, MANAGER MISSING, OWNERS IRRESPONSIBLE AND PATHETIC EXPERIENCE OVER ALL. This hotel is a joke. The staff has no training looks like they have been picked up from the street and given jobs here. We were 3 ladies staying at the hotel and we felt uncomfortable throughout. 1. Staff speaks rudely and start shouting like villagers. 2. The AC of so called delux room was leaking and our stuff got wet. And we had to quickly change the room in middle of getting ready for a wedding. 3. After coming back from the wedding my mother, my mother in law and I were stranded outside the hotel gate at midnight wearing sarees and jewellery. Kept calling the staff on the phone and no one picked up. Called the manager who is also the owner he didn’t pick up. Finally had to find a wall that was knocked down due to construction and somehow managed to get inside through all the construction area risking injury. The staff just said sorry and pretended that it’s not a big deal. 4. We insisted to talk to the owner. But inspite of having 2 owners of this pathetic hotel. Nobody responded. We called the police the next day and they were of no help. 5. Both the owners should be ashamed of themselves. They took no responsibility for our safety and we will file a case against them at the consumer court.

Large, comfortable rooms with good beds. Excellent attentive staff, good food. Very convenient to Keoladeo National Park, which is a fantastic place to visit. Rickshaw (Pedi-cab) operators can pick you up at the hotel and take you to the park. Wonderful experience!

Bad behaviour hotel staff and manager are using abusing word he he put a slap to my driver I request to Google company & othe online hotel booking Company to please block there listing for life time I have proof of that I am sending there contact No 9414209767
