離Biella火車站很近，步行幾分鐘路程，酒店設施很好，房間也很大，樓道和電梯很小，早餐比較簡單

Hotel di eccellenza con posizione ottimale nei pressi della stazione ferroviaria. Particolarmente curata la colazione con prodotti di pasticceria. Personale attento alle esigenze del cliente e molto disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

L'hotel si trova in posizione strategica sia per raggiungere il centro a piedi sia per uscire dalla città in modalità agevole. Il soggiorno è buono sia per la vivibilità nelle stanze sia per la prima colazione ricca e molto molto appetibile. Nessun problema per il parcheggio perché la struttura è su una piazza con parcheggio libero.

Questo weekend ho soggiornato all'Hotel Michelangelo e mi sono trovata non bene, benissimo! Camera ampia e ben arredata, pulitissima, silenziosa, bagno bello, ampio e con kit di cortesia numerosi e assortiti, letto morbido, insomma tutto perfetto! Ma soprattutto vorrei citare la colazione gourmet nel caffé adiacente al locale, siamo stati trattati benissimo e il mio cappuccino era un'opera d'arte, sia per il gusto sia per la decorazione! Prezzi decisamente onesti in rapporto alla qualità dell'offerta.

Ottima struttura,stanze pulite e confortevoli,ottima anche la posizione a poche centinaia di metri sia dal centro cittadino che dalla stazione ferroviaria.Molto buona la prima colazione con ottimi croissant di vari gusti.Una menzione particolare va al direttore persona ,sia professionalmente che umanamente,ineccepibile!

Già dal primo contatto col proprietario si percepisce la capacità di trattare con i clienti ; l'hotel non si fà notare all'esterno, ma è molto ben tenuto in tutti gli spazi interni ; avendo scelto una camera superior, abbiamo usufruito di spazi ampi, specie per il bagno ; perfetta la regolazione dell'aria condizionata e servizi elettrici sempre attivi anche quando si è fuori (può essere ricaricato lo smartphone, etc.) ; luci in quantità e tv di ottime dimensioni ; colazione nella pasticceria attigua alla reception che offre molte scelte ed ottima qualità ; prezzo concorrenziale.

questa recensione non vuole essere troppo negativa perche’comunque e’un bel hotel, pulito e elegante e ci ritornerei ma adesso parlero’di una cosa che non mi e’piaciuta…. sono entrato in camera dopo una estenuante giornata lavorativa…. alle 24…. ho chiesto l’orario per il ceck out … 10,30… bene posso dormire fino alle 9,45….. invece…. alle 8,15 colpi con non so che cosa alla mia porta , mi sveglio con l’ansia…. capisco che sono le donne che puliscono le camere che fanno un rumore esagerato compreso chiaccheruccio ad alta voce !!! no questo non va bene , un hotel 4 stelle deve rispettare il relax del cliente!!!!!! dimenticavo … hanno anche bussato alla mia porta poi chiedendomi scusa .
