The seafront location was great but was put into probably one of the worst room locations as I had booked from Trip. Come (as advised by receptionist)
Was only staying for one night so not too much a issue but not suitable for any longer stays

We was in a disability room there was only 2 plug sockets furniture had to be rearranged so I plug my cpac machine in was told by 2 staff members I could have an extention but wasn't given one and had to ask twice for a shower chair as there was anywhere to sit if you can't stand to have a shower noisy at night from surrounding clubs till about 3am not there fault they do have double glazing and thick curtains staff was friendly it was clean

The staff were excellent and rooms clean. However as someone with a disability both lifts went out of order so long flight of stairs meant problems. Plug in heater in the room fused into the socket. Could have started a major fire.
Will definitely return but only when the refurb complete.
Price was excellent value for money

Nothing like it looks on the website or photos, quite run down, doors feel like they aren’t properly closed or locked, as two young girls staying we felt quite uneasy walking through the hotel etc. The room was relatively clean and bed was okay but very basic and looks like the whole building needs redecorated and upgraded.

No heating. Hair dryer didn’t work. 1 plug socket in room for family of 3. Very noisy. Run down compared to the photos on website.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Let us check in early as our room was ready on arrival which was great . It’s a good location. Could of been cleaner as in windows and and parts not been dusted. I suppose this reflex’s on the price though. Bathroom was clean and sheets were fresh. Tv worked well. Beds were very comfy. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again
