Beautiful hotel. Very large and luxurious rooms with views of the countryside. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I tried to extend my stay within minutes of seeing my room but unsurprisingly it was fully booked. Also tried to re-book when I passed back through a couple of weeks later but no luck! I was on a work trip and the room had a perfect space to set up a comfortable office. Hopefully I can go back very soon for a more relaxing break and to enjoy the nature walks and outdoor activities.

Just WOW. Absolutely incredible. From the building itself to all the internal features & finishes, everything was classy, clean & elegant. This place is definitely underrated. It could easily be 4.5 stars. We had the best room with breathtaking views & a balcony. Large bathroom, hardwood floors with a massive bed. If I had 1 complaint it would be the synthetic filled pillows. Every detail of this whole hotel & grounds is top notch but the pillows for me were too soft. Everything was spotlessly clean also.
The restaurant on site has wrap around views of luscious greenery. The menu was exquisite & pushing michelin star or fine dining vibes. It is essentially a family hotel but we had an amazing stay as a couple just relaxing as all the children there were respectful & well behaved. The staff were also so friendly, inviting & helpful. I can’t wait to stay here again one day as I just can’t say enough about how amazing everything was. We didn’t even use any of the facilities at our disposal. We just relaxed looking at the views from both our room & the terrace for sundown cocktail

Espectacular hotel en la zona norte de Navarra, está en la parte alta de un valle , donde podrás disfrutar de una tranquilidad total, Al edificio lo rodea un parque infantil integrado en el bosque del que podrás disfrutar A destacar: las habitaciones bastante amplias, dispones de un restaurante para desayuno, comida y cena ( muy bueno) Lo mejor sin duda de este hotel es su personal desde la recepción al personal del restaurante y personal de limpieza Si vas en familia puedes disponer de una cabaña independiente con vistas al valle Dispone de piscina!!!

Séjour très cher pour ce que c’est ! On paie tout au premier jour et on sent que le plus important est la rentabilité dans ce complexe. En effet tout est en supplément ! La serviette de bain, le lait pour le café mis à disposition dans la chambre….. L’hôtel est situé près d’un dortoir appartenant au même complexe qui est destiné à des colonies de vacances donc si vous cherchez le calme le soir, mieux vaut éviter cet endroit Personne ne parle français et peu parlé correctement anglais. La directrice par exemple ne parle ni français ni anglais ! Un peu limite pour un hôtel à plus de 300 euros la nuit. Enfin notre chambre est restée ouverte durant 5 heures … les femmes de chambre avaient oublié de fermer la porte (pas de coffre fort dans les chambres) …. Le plus choquant c’est qu’il n’y a même pas eu un mot d’excuse….

Es un lugar magnífico para pasar unos días. Perfecto como base para explorar el norte de Navarra o incluso para qued**** simplemente dentro del parque de aventuras. El hotel cuenta con instalaciones en perfecto estado y es precioso. El restaurante es fantástico. Pero sin duda, lo mejor es el personal, especialmente las trabajadoras del restaurante que no pueden ser más profesionales y amables. Mención especial para una de las trabajadoras del restaurante, de la cual no recuerdo su nombre, pero si recuerdo que es natural de Hondarribla. Sin duda, volveremos.

Hemos estado 4 días con nuestras hijas y lo hemos pasado realmente bien. El hotel es espectacular y el paraje alucinante. IrrisarriLand ofrece un sinfín de actividades y aventuras para todas las edades y con la reserva por la web nos ofrecieron entradas para el parque. La habitación muy amplia, limpia y con todos los detalles. El restaurante estupendo tanto el buffet del desayuno como el servicio de cena. A destacar la atención de todos los trabajadores del hotel, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante.
