It was nice and clean plus the view was wonderful. The only reason not 5 stars is because no Internet while I was there. Lara at the front desk was so sweet and kind to my wife and I.

Guest services was very helpful when I had issues with the restaurant below the hotel. Try not to eat there if you dont have to.
Hotel was right on the water. Note you do have to pay for the chairs on the beach but the rooftop chairs come with your room.

Just a really wonderful spot. Great hotel, ... excellent staff,, and the views are tremendous. They have a great restaurant and a lot of outdoor space to relax, have a drink and just soak in the sun.

our agent booked this hotel for us for 3 nights to have boat access to Porto Venere, and other villages to Cinque Terre. We have a room 106 with balcony overlooking the bay. The first night we found out a lot of ants along the desk. We called the front office lady's attention, and she put some spray around the desk but kept telling us " that was nothing to worry about" ?? The next morning when we were leaving the hotel, I complained to Lara, and she took it very seriously. She told us that she'd check and treat the room while we were away. She also ran out to catch us when she realized that we were at the wrong place for the bus. She really saved our day! Hotel to Lerici dock is a 20 minutes walk on paved road along the bay. there is also buses near the hotel you can catch. Breakfast was minimum and baked goods not fresh.

Amazing location, in the middle of San Teranzo and Lerici in the beach hearing the waves all night. Hotel decor needs updating, but was clean. BreAkfast offerings were satisfying and the coffee (handmade) was amazing! We went by the hotel twice, way finding and signage for pulling over and parking could be improved (plus we arrived at night).

We had a good time in this bright and panoramic hotel directly on the sea. We found an excellent restaurant for breakfast included and for dinner where we ate very well. We thank the very kind ladies at the reception Lara and Debora for the welcome and the useful information that made this stay perfect. We were also lucky enough to always find free parking in spaces that usually require a fee, but are free in March.

If you have a room overlooking the sea you feel like you can reach out and touch it. The rooms on the other side, however, have the disadvantage that being on the promenade at street level they do not have windows that can be opened even just to let the air circulate. The breakfast room overlooks the beach and you risk the company of some seagulls begging for crumbs. Breakfast with a good choice of sweet and savory both at the buffet and to order. Very good WiFi and Sky channels for the TV. The exceptional courtesy of the staff makes the stay more than pleasant.

Hotel boasting a fantastic location. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room with exceptional sea view, you can appreciate the remains of some mosquitoes on the walls. Air conditioner a little noisy. The breakfast in the room was appreciated, but not so much the breakfast at the buffet where at 9.40 there was very little left and the service staff was not particularly attentive. added value is the possibility of using the solarium and sunbeds of the establishment included in the price of the room.
