"My wife wanted to stay another night at this place that she liked so much! So we extended our stay! This 3 star hotel (photo 1) is on a hill with a great view. The chalets on picture 2 are fully equipped appartments. Also from the restaurant where we enjoyed an excellent breakfast (photo 3-6)i ncluding many kinds of freshky baked bread, marmelade, cheese and even mini donuts."

"As the year before, we look forward to our silver feast in the brain before we wanted to go to our silver ball. Our experience this year is on 2.1. 26 to the brain directly - without any reaction or even excuse. Here our experience, how we felt the dinner at Silvester. Sometimes I was there with my mother, brother and partner - it was always top! The more disappointing was this time for us: my partner chose the uncle, which was unfortunately served rather darkly. I advised him to return this immediately, he didn't want to be aware and cool by a dry, clearly over-heated bone piece...we wondered that something like this could be made out of the kitchen. I chose the calf filet from the menu: tasteful the soup was excellent, the meat was very delicious, but for EUR 35 (!) I would have liked to expect at least 3 pieces instead of the two mini filets. There was no 100 g of meat on the table. But the table was over half filled with pommes Dauphinois, which unfortunately tasted after old fritter fat. Unfortunately, the beans could not save the whole. There was really the price-performance ratio quite right! For us the brains have been done. We don't go anymore."

From the moment I arrived, Max greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm that I instantly felt at home. His friendly demeanor and genuine care set the tone for a truly relaxing stay. Max went above and beyond, sharing insider tips on the best places to visit in Freiburg, which made exploring the city so much more enjoyable. He even took me out for a beer, which was such a fun and personal touch and his knowledge and passion for Freiburg really shone through, and his recommendations were spot-on.The hostel itself was fantastic—super clean, cozy, and with a warm, welcoming vibe that made it a perfect base for exploring. Everything felt well-maintained, and the atmosphere was just right for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. "In case of problems, help was quick and the breakfast was plentiful. At dinner, the lady told us that the table for 5 people was not for 2. But the day before, only 2 people had sat there. Today, only 1 person sat at the table for 5. We then went out to eat. Even as hotel guests, we weren't allowed to sit there. That's completely unacceptable."
