The hotel was full, the site automatically put me on the next night. The person at the hotel switchboard is not responsible for reimbursement and It is completely impossible to get anyone online from the site. No one answers the phone because there are no French people, no one responds to messages. Exceptional!

Everything was good ! the room was clean, calm and nice hotel breakfast was good too for the price a little extra to the staff, they do a huge job! I really liked the quiet side of this hotel. the hotel is also well located, transport is 2 minutes walk away. I will definitely come back.

My reservation could not be found or confirmed in the system, probably due to too many modifications. But the hotel manager was very kind and gave me a room while the staff fixes the issue. I had a nice rest. The place is okay if you simply need somewhere to stay. The shower was small and had not glass door or shower curtain so the bathroom would get very wet each time. The breakfast was simple but good. There was unfortunately a lot of flies. Aside from that its very far from the center of Paris. I would recommend an ibis closer to downtown. All in all I enjoyed my stay

Rooms are small howver fine for 1 - 3 peoples like stated on their sign, in our room there was only a double and one single for 3 people. The toulet doors don't lock and sink is the other side of the room make it quite impractical. Breakfast is nice though there isn't many options and hotel staff are kind and helpful. We have had a stained duvet here though and there place isn't the cleanest. Howver this place is satisfactory if all your looking to do is sleep

Booked for 6 nights, had to leave after 4 because transportation was super inconvenient

Reserved at Accor app. When arrived to the hotel, they don´t have the reservation. The price charged in higher that the price of the reservation. No response to complaint email Accor Hotels never again

Not all Ibis hotel are good.This hotel had bad toilet smell and no ventilation of air. Noisy too. The bed was small and we are petite size even! The only good thing was location.

This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at! The beds were tiny and not comfortable at all, the cushions might as well have not been there as they were so thin and the bedding wasn’t comfortable at all and had mould on it! We stayed here 3 nights and not once did the room get cleaned by the staff and the bathroom in a caravan is a lot better than this, very very disappointed. Pay the extra money and stay at a different hotel, I promise this will be the worst decision you make if you stay here. Appalling!

Excellent stay, a warm welcome where good humor reigns! staff (the whole team, well done to the young people) at the top and always eager to please you, very attentive. Cleanliness of the room, comfort of the bedding, quick and top breakfast. 5 minutes from the RER A and 2 steps from a supermarket (LIDL). The hotel is a little hidden but you won't get lost there.
