Comfort Suites Boone - University Area

It was beyond amazing. Services was great, the breakfast was nice as well. Also the beds are sooo comfortable. Definitely a 10/10 for sure !!

Cleanliness of the hotel was okay. The weather was very snowy and with the tracking in of mud, salt and snow, I imagine it would take a lot to keep the lobby clean. The front desk staff was not very friendly. It was only upon checkin was the front desk attendant friendly. All encounters with them thereafter were not that friendly. After my 2nd night I asked to have my room serviced. She told me they only service every 3 nights but I told her I would be checking out the next day. All I wanted was my trash cans emptied, some more toilet paper and my beds made. She said okay and would put in a ticket to housekeeping. We returned at 8pm and the room was not serviced at all. The only good encounter were the two gentlemen working so hard to make breakfast for a busy hotel. They were so friendly and reassuring that more food was coming out. Overall, I probably will not stay here again. It was definitely an older and more run-down hotel and other surrounding hotels seem newer.

We were impressed with our stay. Enjoyed sitting around the fireplace with friends. Room was clean. We will definitely be back.

This was one of the best hotel stays are family has had. The staff was great, the rooms were roomy and clean, breakfast was great, and our kids enjoy the pool. Thank you so much!

Clean and efficient. Also rooms were nice and warm. Rooms was not cleaned but I guess they only do between customers. Staff was very helpful, prompt and welcoming. Excellent for families.

From Front Desk to back door, sufficient staff who seemed able and happy to help with anything we needed. Made for a very pleasant stay!

Everything it’s good the hotel it’s close to Appalachian and the restaurants and the room it’s big and confortable, and my son have a good time in the indoor pool.

Loved the breakfast area! It was on the second floor on a balcony overlooking the first floor lobby. The lobby was lovely too! Ceiling went all the way up to the second story. Big open area with a nice fire and a tall Christmas tree. Had a lovely pool area too, but we didn't try out the pool. It was December and we didn't think to bring swimsuits. Our room was very spacious too. Great for 5 people. All of the staff were very nice. Loved our stay!

Got a king suite. Loved the free breakfast and the indoor pool were great when it was too cold to go walking
