This property is worn and I am sure has seen better days. That said the room was clean, sheets white, and front staff and the one in housekeeping I came in contact with were pleasant. This is from an overnight stay. I would stay overnight again. The “1” on services and amenities is for lack of knowledge on my part, not quality. Again it was an overnight stay. I was there 12 hours, mostly sleeping.

When we arrived there was no one at the reception, the security guard helped us They never cleaned the room The surroundings were dirty It stunk

There were many cockroaches in the room and I had to ask many times to clean our room but to no avail.

A beautiful picture of the pool on the ad, which was one of the reasons we booked it, THE POOL WAS NOT OPEN!,,,,,,, only coffee available was a one cup in the room, none in the lobby, just being terribly, terribly honest with this rating

Conveniently located near the freeway, yet noise was not an issue. I stayed for 12 nights and I’ve slept soundly every night. The place and facilities are dated but they keep them clean. My room was clean and well stocked with fresh towels. Good deal for the price.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Literally every other window was broken including the window in my room. None of the free outlets worked except the one for the single working light and fridge. I had to shut off the valve to the ever-running toilet to get enough pressure to take a shower (cold water only). I wish I could attach pictures to show you the pool. It literally looks like a picture from Gaza!. I can’t believe this place is allowed to stay open….. The one plus, I made a great friend named Jim. He’s a cockroach

Carpet is filthy, main door is unsafe, bathroom door is broken, tub is clogged tv is broken, smells bad, theyre claiming no smoking bad its smell cigarettes, as u enter the room it smell so bad...there is roaches and the matress looks like its going to break as u move...when i booked the room it says free breakfast but they dont serve bfast anymore theyre saying due to covid and theyre blaiming ******* for not deleting it...i wont recommend this hotel to other people...

This property is very run down and dirty. It was conveniently off of i95 but everything was very old and not working or falling apart. Will never come back.

Convenience off I-95. Horrible for furniture, musty smell, bugs, pool dirty and closed, just a low quality hotel

This place is a hot mess, no chairs in the lobby, the room had Roach running around. The room u couldn't breath how stink it was. No breakfast no tea. The pool was closed the whole stay. The hotel dnt have a sign up outside, we had to call to get direction. I would never recommend it to anyone it just nasty like a crack hotel

First room we were assigned had water leaking from the ceiling, mold on bathroom wall and toilet paper holder rusted and hanging out of wall. That was a king room. We were moved to a double room, no kings left. I was better, no leaking ceiling, however, toilet didn’t flush, mold on wall and roaches.

Pool was closed because they have no parts for last 3 weeks. Elevator falling apart. Hallways, ceiling tiles missing and dirty. Room was horrible with smell of bleach and ceiling falling off. Would not recommend at all.

A lot of noise from the rooms around, there were spoons and flies inside the room. Poor condition of the building and the door lock did not work

We booked this hotel thinking it would be a great place to stay to arrive, pool closed, trash all over, grease smeared on tables windows, white powered stuff by bed, bathroom door falling apart and a lot more. People living in tents in the parking garage. We immediately called orbitz to get a new reservation and ended leaving and getting a different hotel. Do not stay here.
