We were initially in one room, which was tolerable overall. Then they moved us to a very dirty and unkempt room. After requesting a room change, they relocated us to another hotel. Overall, we were satisfied with the administrators who handled the relocation.

We really enjoy staying your unit, the place so cozy and feels like home. We like it cause its private like you own per floor of the unit and the elevator was nice looks expensive its gold color. :). The very exciting was the free use of laundry machine ”excellent” feels like we own the machine in 4th floor. Highly recommended to stay in 4th floor. Good Job.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay at this aparthotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a nice kitchen and all essential amenities. The staff were friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location is convenient, with shops, restaurants, and transport nearby. Overall, a great experience — I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay without any fuss.

The landscaping at the hotel entrance is truly stunning. The hotel also features a lovely pool area with a comfortable lounge. The entire lobby feels incredibly luxurious, adorned with beautiful flowers, including exquisite orchids, throughout the space. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants and local eateries surrounding the hotel.

The room was quite spacious and clean, but I'm not sure why they didn't provide toilet paper. It's the first time I've encountered that, and it seems like others have mentioned it in previous reviews. There's a Big C supermarket and a Van Hanh Mall nearby, and it's only about 2-3 kilometers to Pham Ngu Lao Street, which is quite convenient and quiet. However, there's no elevator, so I had to climb four flights of stairs every day.

Frankly speaking, the most important thing for me as a person who stays in hotels is cleanliness. Here it leaves to wish for the best. Things like bed linen and machro (towels) are very personal and intimate and want to see them clean and qualitative. There is a lot to close your eyes if this basic minimum is complied with. Here it wasn't, so even on the pluses at once you want to close your eyes and in the head only negative. 
I took a shower and didn't know what towel to take, dirty or what I've already lived my age and time to rest. Photo Attach what would you choose? The feeling that I'm not wiping them out, but carrying on all the diseases of the world. Respect people, replace towels and start using laundry services if you can't wash them on your own. 

If you let my emotions about purity go, you can live in a whole-night for such money. The bathroom is very narrow and small but clean. There were all the facilities, although you can see that shampoo/gel is poured bad quality into packaging from other means. I put 5 stars in the bed, bed and mattress very comfortable, sleeped comfortable. There is no resepshen, it is necessary to settle on its own, something like the European system, but a little wise, tried apparently to write off, but on a three aahah, the administrator on all issues in the watsapp is quite quickly.

The room was a bit simpler than I had expected but all-in-all fine. It's in a very residential area that comes with a rather unique experience. The staff was very friendly.

This is a very basic budget apartment room. Very tiny, low spacious bathroom. Very close to Nguyen Trai Street, which has a lot of shops for clothes and dresses. Suitable for locals and local couples. For Foreigners this is o.k. low budget seeking solo male travellers.  For solo females o.k. but very isolate area and difficult to find the location. Car cannot be reached to hotel. You have to take luggage by hand to hotel. Also, if you have more luggages don't book this one. This is a self checking hotel. So you must have wi fi in your phone before entering to hotel. They give links how to checking. For all that you need internet connection in your phone. No TV Working. Only you tube.

Best spot for those who like quiet and peace environment, there's restaurant nearby located in alley,can have some light cook big fridge n microwave,for those 1st time booking might confuse bout check in process,you need to visit Cozrum home Premier Residents few block away to have your room pass
