The room was very clean. I spent a long time looking for a hotel, and most of them seemed old and outdated. This one was newer, so I quickly chose it. I got a courtyard room with a small balcony, which was perfect for sitting and enjoying a beer – very relaxing. The front desk staff provided service in Chinese, which was a really thoughtful touch. They clearly marked the locations of the shopping mall, pharmacy, and night market, which was super helpful. The only way to get to the hotel is by taxi from the airport, but overall, I was very satisfied with the stay.

The hotel is located in a fantastic position. It has direct access to the beach promenade walk, very close to the night market (2 minutes walk), and very close to many other POI in the town.

The service is good, the guys at the reception are great, they’re kind and very happy to help for everything. 

Very good gem in town

I was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in directly at 9 AM, which was a great start to my stay. The staff even upgraded us to a sea-view room! So happy! The toiletries, like the body wash, were all from Origins and smelled lovely. The hotel is super modern, but the only downside is that the room lacked a main light and a desk. I wanted to get a little work done at night, but all I had was the faint glow from my screen.

Location was good. View from the roof for vivid was quite nice.
Unfortunately, due to rain, some views were obscured by location was fantastic in general
There was only a slight issue with the showerhead upon arrival but was fixed promptly within an hour or two
They also let us check in a little earlier when we arrived earlier. All in all venue was nice and staff were quite accommodating.

The hotel was excellent, and the breakfast offered a fantastic view. My only complaint is that they didn't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste. I nearly had to go out at midnight to buy some, but thankfully my friend had some and shared them with me. Isn't this supposed to be a five-star hotel? They didn't even have slippers! Make sure to bring your own!
