Booked a room for Christmas Eve, and Kevin and Claire were very thoughtful in upgrading our room type. Later, when we wanted to upgrade again, communication was smooth. They really put themselves in the customer's shoes, offered great suggestions, and quickly resolved any issues. The service was exceptional, very satisfied!

My business trip experience at Hyatt Regency Shanghai Jiading this time was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give it a five-star review! As a frequent business traveler, I highly value efficiency and comfort, and this hotel perfectly delivers on both.

I especially want to commend the front desk team! They greeted me with constant smiles during check-in, actively helped me with my luggage, and processed my information and procedures efficiently and smoothly. They also thoughtfully informed me about the hotel's facilities, nearby transportation, and business services. To my delight, I was informed that I had been upgraded to a suite. The room was much more spacious than expected, with a clean and elegant modern minimalist decor. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of Far Scenery Lake, allowing me to relax my mind whenever I felt tired from work. The room amenities were complete, and the high-speed WiFi and comfortable working area perfectly met my business needs, significantly boosting my work efficiency after settling in.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Jiading business district, making commutes to meetings incredibly convenient. The surrounding amenities are also very well-developed. From the warm service at the front desk to the unexpected room upgrade, it added a sense of belonging to my busy business trip. This will definitely be my top choice for future business trips to Jiading, and I've already recommended it to my colleagues. It truly deserves a five-star recommendation!

Great location, very convenient for Wanda Plaza, and the surrounding views are also lovely. Alice at the front desk was particularly friendly and welcoming. Her smile was sweet, and she noticed my baby had come downstairs without shoes, so she thoughtfully offered a pair of disposable slippers for children. Such a sweet and caring gesture! 🫰 Overall, our experience was comfortable.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved:
1) The lobby air conditioning was too warm 🥵. For an international 5-star hotel, this sort of hardware issue is quite unexpected and should be addressed.
2) Collecting food deliveries was quite inconvenient. I suggest implementing a system where robots can deliver food to guests' rooms, which would greatly enhance guest convenience and also help reduce elevator usage, as the hotel only has four elevators.
3) The extra bed fee of 233 RMB per night felt a bit too expensive 😂, especially when considering your overall room rates.

It's a legit pet-friendly hotel. Our Dog 🐶 have a wonder full experience and the swimming pool it's clean and the water is clear and properly maintain. We will definitely going back to Hyatt Renessance Chongming. Maybe next time make the breakfast a little more western like added some cheese

The hotel location and rooms are very good, but due to the peak Labor Day holiday, manpower was low, there was a lot of delivery trash at the elevator and outside the rooms that was not collected on time. Understandably that waimai is the top choice for most guests because only one restaurant in the hotel was open, perhaps putting a centralized trash bin per floor would be better and signs to educate guests where to throw them. That way pests can be avoided, rooms won’t have smell of food, and the hallways looks cleaner and organized.

My mother chose this hotel package for her birthday, which included executive lounge access on the 25th floor. They offered pastries and fruit during the day, and a light meal in the evening, so you could pretty much eat all day long. The hotel breakfast was also good, and the beef noodles were absolutely delicious.

Originally, we booked a twin room. While the bedroom had a floor-to-ceiling window spanning an entire wall, the room layout made the bedroom feel a bit small, and there was too much bare white wall, giving it a very business-like feel. My mother wasn't happy with it. We happened to meet the floor manager, Jin Xiaoyan, in the hallway. She patiently showed us several other rooms, and we finally switched to a south-facing king room, where we could even see the light show from the building opposite at night. They also sent a cake, and the room was beautifully decorated. Throughout this, the lovely lady at the front desk was also actively helping us coordinate. We are truly grateful for your thoughtful service; my mother was very satisfied.

While the hotel's hardware is just average, lacking the trendy smart home features, the service (software) is exceptional. Every staff member we encountered during our stay was polite, courteous, patient, and responsive. There was absolutely none of the differential treatment between new and returning guests that I've read about on certain social media platforms.

The only slight dissatisfaction was with the hotel's reservation department when I was booking. The male staff member who answered the phone sounded quite impatient. Fortunately, the issue was eventually resolved smoothly through Trip.com, and their service was fantastic.

The experience is amazing for a few reasons:

1. The hotel service is top notch professional - I lost my camera on a taxi back to hotel, and the hotel manager, Mr. Adnan, helped me get it back! He volunteered to check the security footage to track the taxi car plate, and taught me to go to RTA to register Lost and Found. He helped me contact the taxi driver, and 9 hours later - my lost camera is back! Suuuuuper helpful and world class professional!

2. The hotel is connected to a pharmacy. We had a family member who got stomachache on arrival, and thanks to the pharmacy, we got the right medicine right away. The pharmacy opens 8am to 12am!

3. The lounge offers both breakfast AND DINNER

4. The hotel has a Chinese restuarant called Summer Palace. It is FANTASTIC AUTHEMTIC Chinese food. The manager is from Iran but speaks perfect native Chinese.

This hotel is full of surprises and beyond just a five star hotel - it provides one stop solution to all the problems we might have in our trip. Bravo!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel!!! We were given the apartment on the 27th floor and we thoroughly enjoyed the views. The hotel got its own mall, where they had saloon, cafe, Japanese and continental restaurants, clothing, mobile shops, supermarket and a stunning ice skating rink. Gold souk market is nearby. With Train Station nearby(few minutes walk to the station), easily navigate to the places around and cabs always flooded in this hotel for cozy users. Our apartment was quite old but perfectly renowned and maintained. I would definitely recommend anyone(specially families)

I really enjoyed the breakfast here on my previous visit, especially the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon — it was beautifully prepared and delicious.
However, this morning the same order looked and tasted quite different, with only the poached eggs and smoked salmon served, without the bread, sauce, or garnish.
I wanted to share this feedback because I truly appreciate the quality I experienced before, and I hope it can be consistent.

More touristes more service for respect.

The whole apartment was huge with plenty of space for kids to run! The rooms were big too! We enjoyed our stay there! Bottles were provided in plenty upon everytime we request. Location is in a quiet area and have to take taxi to all the attraction but I would definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommended for big families.

We had a fantastic stay. The location of the Hyatt Regency Stratford is brilliant. Although not in the traditional city centre, the transport links are second to none. The direct connection to Heathrow via the Elizabeth Line is a game-changer for travelers. We also found it incredibly easy to explore all of London thanks to the well-connected Stratford station (Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR, etc.). Being surrounded by the Westfield shopping mall and countless dining options was a huge convenience. A truly great experience—highly recommended and we will certainly be back on our next London visit

Had a great stay at this hotel! Karen at the front desk gave such a warm welcome — she was friendly, helpful, and really made me feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe was relaxed and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!

Old hotel, good location, convenient for shopping nearby. The room facilities are a little old, but the exterior is OK. There is a Cantonese restaurant nearby, the taste is good, recommended.

The hotel has a very nice view if you book a sea view room. The room is spacious as compared to other hotels in London. The staff is helpful. The location is slightly far from the tube station though there is bus station nearby, it is slightly inconvenient to go to the city centre like Piccadilly Circus. It is overlooking the river Thames which has a nice view. You can go to have a walk along the river if it doesn’t rain.
