The hotel was quite busy over the weekend. We were told our room wasn't ready at the 3 PM check-in time, so we were upgraded to a suite. The suite was spacious, but the layout felt a bit odd. Both the indoor and outdoor environments were very pleasant. We had a great view overlooking Yuanshan Lake and Jiading City, and we could enjoy the sunset from our window in the evening.

This hotel is centrally located in Wujiaochang, forming part of the Hopson One shopping complex, making it an ideal choice for shopping and exploring. The underground parking is shared with the mall, and getting around feels like navigating a scenic route through winding paths, surrounded by hills and water.

Extremely satisfied! The two most important things for me when staying at a hotel are the toilet and the shower, and the Hyatt absolutely nailed both. The bathroom was spotless with no odors, and the toilet had incredible flushing power – it cleared everything, no matter how much paper. The showerhead was powerful, with strong water pressure and a very stable temperature, making for a truly comfortable wash. Plus, the hotel has direct access to Global Harbor from both the first and seventh floors, which was perfect in every way and incredibly convenient!

The welcome at the front desk was brilliant with the staff being extremely friendly and proficient in English. The room was outstanding and the bath super for a “ spa moment as a hot tub “ to relax in. The room was a dream “ home “ design and definitely where you want to live in !  Although it was only a one night stop over …. The Hyatt Regency is drawing me back to spend more days there !!

It would have been better if we weren't given a connecting room. The soundproofing was terrible; we could hear everything through the door. Our neighbor had a little boy who cried relentlessly – morning at 6-7 am, evening at 9 pm before bed, and even in the middle of the night. This went on for our entire three-day, two-night stay, and it severely impacted our rest, leaving us utterly exhausted!

To make matters worse, there's ongoing municipal construction around the hotel, with roads being dug up and pile drivers starting their incessant noise early in the morning. This also greatly affected our sleep. If the hotel is aware of such noise pollution, they should at least provide earplugs for guests.

Aside from these issues, the hotel itself is very family-friendly, with a great pool and a kids' play area. It's quite suitable for a weekend family getaway, but definitely avoid connecting rooms and perhaps wait until the road construction is finished before visiting again.

Hyatt Regency Chongming is an absolute gem for families with kids! The hotel feels like a tranquil garden, with fresh air and spacious surroundings. My children absolutely loved feeding the animals at the petting zoo, and the indoor heated pool and kids' club were perfect for burning off energy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and some even have balconies with swings, which is a great touch. The abundance of family-friendly activities ensured everyone had a fantastic time. It's truly a wonderful escape from the city and a perfect place to enjoy quality family time.

Stayed at Hyatt Regency Deira recently. Overall it was a good experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, staff is polite and helpful, and the hotel has good facilities like a pool, gym, and restaurants. Location is convenient if you want to stay in Deira near Gold Souk and the metro.

The hotel is a bit old compared to newer Dubai hotels, but service and cleanliness are very good. Breakfast was also nice with many options.

Overall, good value for money if you want a 5-star hotel in Deira area. Recommended for business trips and family stays.

The overall experience at Hyatt Regency was satisfactory; however, it fell short of expectations when compared to previous stays at similar properties worldwide.  Having stayed at multiple similar properties across the globe, this visit felt comparatively underwhelming. In particular, the room size was noticeably smaller than anticipated, and while the staff were courteous, the level of hospitality did not match what had been experienced in the past.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel!!! We were given the apartment on the 27th floor and we thoroughly enjoyed the views. The hotel got its own mall, where they had saloon, cafe, Japanese and continental restaurants, clothing, mobile shops, supermarket and a stunning ice skating rink. Gold souk market is nearby. With Train Station nearby(few minutes walk to the station), easily navigate to the places around and cabs always flooded in this hotel for cozy users. Our apartment was quite old but perfectly renowned and maintained. I would definitely recommend anyone(specially families)

The whole apartment was huge with plenty of space for kids to run! The rooms were big too! We enjoyed our stay there! Bottles were provided in plenty upon everytime we request. Location is in a quiet area and have to take taxi to all the attraction but I would definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommended for big families.

We had a fantastic stay. The location of the Hyatt Regency Stratford is brilliant. Although not in the traditional city centre, the transport links are second to none. The direct connection to Heathrow via the Elizabeth Line is a game-changer for travelers. We also found it incredibly easy to explore all of London thanks to the well-connected Stratford station (Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR, etc.). Being surrounded by the Westfield shopping mall and countless dining options was a huge convenience. A truly great experience—highly recommended and we will certainly be back on our next London visit

The hotel has a very nice view if you book a sea view room. The room is spacious as compared to other hotels in London. The staff is helpful. The location is slightly far from the tube station though there is bus station nearby, it is slightly inconvenient to go to the city centre like Piccadilly Circus. It is overlooking the river Thames which has a nice view. You can go to have a walk along the river if it doesn’t rain.

Had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill. The staff were professional and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again.
