When we buy a room in a hotel, wherever it is, the goal is to rest. With beds that leave the hip to hurt and with room corridors of about 50 metres in length without any isolation, a noise that makes any rest impossible. Just put a perforated micro-touch and double-door room and a problem was resolved. 
The air conditioning was super noisy in the room, fortunately it was not necessary to connect it to you at night due to awful temperatures.
The hotel is beautiful, but it doesn't offer the essentials, a good rest.

We enjoyed beautiful views and a spacious, very clean room. The hotel has shared facilities with its sister hotel in the complex, for a kid playground/ club and a spa. Although we didn’t make use of it.
Staff, although not always easily communicating in English, were very nice and happy to help!
Some improvement can be done in making the room a bit more cozy. For example adding coffee machine or some welcome sweets, as we have experienced in previous stays elsewhere in the area . Breakfast can be also a bit more varied and better presented, especially when staying for few nights. Pl

A few things let this place down. Room is a good size with fridge, balcony and bath, but also broken fittings and plastic mattress protectors that rustle. You have to book the spa (can usually do that for immediate use tho!) and women have to buy a swim cap for the pool (none of this is written down or explained anywhere, despite reception saying they did when I suggested they put this info in the room). Inside pool, 'jazzui' and 'turkish bath' (steam room) are included for guests. Breakfast had plenty of choice but only the fresh orange juice stood out - very average ingredients all round. Much cheaper to stay in Monte Gordo for the same facilities.

It was a surprise to find Tavira one of the best hotels I've visited in my life.

Location my beautiful with a boat that brings you to the beach every hour, the rooms are of good size and clean, the large pool with air-conditioned water or the pool with spa covered.

It ends with a good buffet or card restaurant.

With this money I didn't think I could find all this, it gives almost 5 stars

The only problem was every morning around 10am you would smell sewage  in the room which would linger for a couple of hours

The hotels Vila Galé (this is the 6th in the last 2 years) are the best of the quality of service offered. The fact that I have been scheduled by an operator was ”probably” assigned to me one of the less well-located rooms (642), a behavior that is not very pleasant. The location of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast service, despite the great affluence of guests, works very well.
