Super good, check-in is also very fast, the environment is clean and tidy, the service attitude is super invincible, and I will come back next time.

The hotel is very good, the surrounding commercial facilities and transportation environment are very good, next to the hotel is a large shopping mall, the front desk lady is very warm, the room arranged for the stay is also very comfortable 👍

The front desk service is very warm, the 24-hour butler service is very intimate, we also gave us a free upgrade of the room type when we checked in, good
The location is very good, next to the Chashan Tea Garden Shopping Mall, walk more than 200 meters, there are many food stalls at night.
The breakfast was quite rich, the hotel room forgot to take pictures, the beds were very good, the only place that I didn’t feel very satisfied was that the lights in the room were not very bright, there was no ceiling light, and the makeup was a bit inconvenient.

I came to Dongguan with friends, and this hotel was the first one I booked after seeing it. We were very satisfied with our stay. The lobby was spacious and the environment was great. Check-in was quick, and the room facilities were complete. Breakfast was conveniently located on the first floor, and the hotel's location was excellent. There was a bus stop just 500 meters to the right of the hotel entrance, a cake shop nearby, and a supermarket across the street where you could buy fruit in the evening. Shopping was very convenient. There were also various food stalls and late-night eateries nearby. Highly recommended!

Very good choice, the sanitation, facilities and layout are very reasonable, quiet, and very good for rest at night. There is also breakfast, and the cost performance is very high. The room area should be more than 30 square meters.

The room is spacious and not depressing, the sanitary details are very good, the hot water flow is large, the air conditioner is easy to use, the procedures are convenient, the service is intimate, and I am very satisfied 🌟

The reception service of the young lady at the front desk was very warm and thoughtful, there were complimentary sugar water and Chinese medicine foot baths, the sanitary environment was also very good, and there was a warm breakfast. Miss Sister also helped us warm up some packed lobsters in the cafeteria. I am very satisfied with this service attitude and happy ( ͈ ᵕ `͈ ) ◞♡ ( ͈ ᵕ `͈ ) ◞♡

The room layout was okay, quite spacious, but the soundproofing was terrible (I only found out later). First, the TV volume was extremely low; you could only hear it if you were right in front of it. There was no sound at all from the bed. I asked the front desk to adjust it, and they said they'd come up shortly. I waited a long time, then heard a knock at the door, thinking it was someone coming, but it turned out to be the delivery from next door. They finally came up and told us to be quiet. We were just talking normally. Thinking back, I realized why the TV was so quiet – the soundproofing was terrible. (The front desk staff should have just told me; they made me wait!)

Aside from this drawback, everything else was fine. Consider your own situation before deciding.

The room was very clean, the hotel was in an excellent location, the surrounding dining options were rich, cost-effective, and highly recommended.

The front desk staff should be more accurate while providing the accommodation to the guests and supplying them with information. They couldn’t tell me how to book my foot massage appointment.

This hotel specially selected by Heyuan on a business trip, the price is really high, the price is affordable and not expensive, every time I come, I look for this permanent residence. I accidentally dropped my mobile phone in the middle of the way, and I was very anxious. Fortunately, the front desk lady was very caring and responsible. She took the initiative to help keep it properly and send it back. It was really warm, thank you very much! The service is super warm, the room is not bad, and I will continue to buy back and stay in ～.

The room hygiene is particularly good, the bedding is comfortable, the environment is quiet, the front desk service is good, the response is timely, the facilities are also very new, the overall experience is very good! Recommended.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and check-in was super quick. I was very happy with the room they assigned me. They have parking and a self-service laundry room, which was really convenient. The Wi-Fi signal was also strong. This hotel offers great value for money – I highly recommend it!
