EkaterinaD888Conveniently located right in the city center, yet the area is incredibly quiet. The rooms are charming, everything is neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and even treated us to pastries and coffee. What really touched me was the handwritten farewell letter left on our last day before check-out. I will definitely be back!

Guest UserGreat hotel right in the city center. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and the wonderful Jivan restaurant is right in the courtyard. The staff are very hospitable. The housekeeping is a little lacking, but nothing critical. The room itself is fine in terms of amenities, the only thing missing is a small mirror in the bathroom, if that's an issue for you. Otherwise, it's very quiet (I haven't experienced such quiet in a hotel in a long time!), the bed is comfortable, and the pillow is comfortable! Good toiletries. The breakfast is good and varied, with a separate children's buffet that's well-stocked. They kindly extended our check-out time as much as possible (free of charge) because we had a late flight.

Sergei SchegloveThis is an amazingly stylish, beautiful, and new hotel. It's located practically on Republic Square, but not in the noisy epicenter – rather, it's set back through an archway into a quieter courtyard. The staff are incredible; I particularly enjoyed the service at breakfast. The breakfasts themselves are out of this world: they have absolutely everything and it's all of very high quality – fresh juices, champagne, cheeses, and cold cuts. They can also prepare eggs Benedict with salmon or a traditional Armenian omelet with tomatoes upon request. There are desserts, local cuisine, and delicious Movenpick bean coffee. The waiters and managers bring everything and explain it all. Perfect. The rooms are large, new, and stylish. The staff speak both Russian and English. We forgot a bag in our room, and the staff helped us send it to another city via Yandex Delivery. We are grateful for everything.

Guest UserGreat location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done.
I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience.
The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break.
We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

Ani M.Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan is an excellent choice if you are looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Yerevan.
The location is truly top-tier - right in the center and extremely convenient for exploring the city. The hotel offers very good value for money overall. It has the feel of a solid business hotel: efficient, comfortable, clean, and reliable.
What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely willing to help with any request at any time, which made the stay especially pleasant.
The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and welcoming. Breakfasts were also surprisingly good: varied, tasty, and very well serviced.
Overall, a very positive experience and definitely a hotel I would happily return to.

Jingyanggang1967Although the room was of the same type, it was slightly smaller than the room we had booked, which was a bit of a disappointment. We contacted Ctrip customer service, and they handled the issue very quickly and efficiently, providing a positive response that allowed us to continue our stay with peace of mind. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes, good taste, and prompt replenishment of food – commendable. The hotel's location was great; it was within walking distance of all the city's attractions and very close to our minibus pick-up point back to Tbilisi, which was convenient.

Guest UserThe hotel is not far from the airport, but quite a distance from the city center. It's suitable for a one-night stay, but I felt like I'd stepped 50 years back in time. I liked the hotel grounds, there's parking and gazebos with tables where you can sit. The staff and owner are friendly and welcoming people.

Yuliya ShumWe stayed at the hotel for 10 days. The breakfasts were the same every day: broccoli omelet, tomato omelet, sausage omelet. There was never any porridge, and the same cheap sausage was served every day. The vegetables looked wilted, clearly cut the night before, not in the morning. The pastries were identical and not fresh each day. The cherries weren't washed. There's a construction site next to the hotel, so it was noisy all day with dust flying everywhere. In the shower, the door was broken, and there was no hairdryer. They cleaned every day, but not very well; sometimes they'd forget to empty the trash or change the towels. It's quite far from the city center, so you have to take a shuttle. The front desk staff were great, 5 stars for service, as all requests were met and they tried to solve problems quickly.

The hotel lives up to its price point, but not its star rating. Overall, it was a good experience, though the lack of teaspoons at breakfast was a bit inconvenient.
