I didn't give a high rating this time because my stay was extremely unpleasant! The room was on the third floor, as were the laundry room and gym. Initially, they gave us a room just a few steps from the elevator, which I thought was good, saving us a long walk. However, I was completely wrong. The washing machine was running continuously from noon until we arrived, and it was incredibly loud. Since it was afternoon, I didn't pay much attention, but even at midnight, someone was still doing laundry, making it impossible to sleep. When I went to the laundry room to inquire, the woman there told me I could ask the front desk to change my room, with a very rude attitude. Why were they still doing laundry at midnight? Many hotels I've stayed in stop allowing laundry at 10 pm, and in many hotels, the laundry room is on the first floor, so you can do laundry anytime you want! No one bothers you. Later, I called the front desk, and the young lady was somewhat more polite and changed my room, explaining that a new employee checked me in that morning and didn't mention this issue! I disagree with this. Two people checked me in that morning, a new employee and a senior employee. The senior employee even asked if I needed my child's ID card. Don't new employees know this is part of their training? Are they just going to give you any room you can find after just one night? Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay.

The room was super spacious, and the 2-meter bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was really, really extensive! It's very close to all the museums, and there's a snack supermarket right downstairs, which is super convenient. You can do your laundry yourself, and the front desk can even help with printing. Overall, a fantastic stay!

kathywriteThe room was huge, the breakfast was delicious, the service was excellent, and they even helped with my luggage. The room was spotlessly clean, and the location was great—next to the procuratorate, and the bustling Yin Ruins Museum is just a short drive away.

QiuerdezujiThe location is very convenient, there are a lot of food nearby, the front desk has a lot of utensils and supplies of ”treasure box” and hot drinks, the front desk is also warm, breakfast has spicy soup, freshly ground coffee, freshly cooked noodles, breakfast at this price is not bad, the triple room is rare to have three beds for the habit of sleeping alone. Suitable, but the triple room area is really a bit cramped, there is no table to eat and makeup, you can put things on the table under the TV, it is still very narrow ...

Anonymous UserJunhao Hotel Long'an Wanda Plaza Branch boasts a prime location, adjacent to the Wanda commercial district, offering unparalleled convenience for dining and shopping. The hotel provides attentive service, with a warm and professional front desk staff and efficient check-in. Rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-designed bathroom with separate wet and dry areas. Good soundproofing ensures a quiet environment for rest. Ample free parking is available for those traveling by car, but only one free entry is allowed per day; unlimited entry is preferable. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is a great choice for both business and family travel, highly recommended.

Guest UserThis stay was a pleasant surprise; the hotel upgraded me to a balcony room free of charge. The view was expansive and the scenery was exceptional, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was provided, but the selection was rather limited; it was filling but not particularly varied. Overall, there's room for improvement in cleanliness, which I hope will be addressed in future updates. Overall, the experience was quite good, and the price was reasonable.

It feels like it has a government background, like a government guesthouse, and many of the staff inside wear party badges. I booked this hotel because I was fooled by the four stars. This is the nearest four-star hotel near Cangxiang Street in the old city. The room facilities are relatively complete, but they are very old, especially when taking a shower, the moisture in the toilet is difficult to discharge. The breakfast is very ordinary, with relatively few varieties. The local specialty flat noodle soup does not seem to be cooked, but feels like it is washed out. The only good thing is that the front desk lady and the room service staff have a good attitude. It is recommended that the hotel should be renovated, otherwise it is unworthy of such a good location, or it can consider negotiating with the local tourism bureau to remove the stars (similar to removing A from scenic spots).

Service: The landlord is enthusiastic and introduced us to the surrounding and local conditions
Environment: The yard is not along the road, clean. The road into the small courtyard is clean. Pear trees and fig trees are planted in the yard, and there is a large terrace. Clean and tidy. But this is a mountainous area with many mosquitoes.
Zimo room: 3 large beds, there is a TV in the middle, the room is relatively large, the bed is also very big, a bed should sleep 2 people. The roof is the spire of the log, and the log on the roof has black things falling on the white sheets from time to time. The toilet is a bit small and the towels need to be improved.

Parsa BarhaghiThe hotel served as a great location to the nearby bus stations and train station. The room was very large and even came with a separate room with a twin bed. The breakfast was easy to check in with using a hotel card swipe to validate the breakfast is paid for. The choices were decent, but for me the fruit was lacking and I expected more availability. The front desk in the evening when checking is was not the most helpful and treated us foreigners with some level of disgust.

Must give this homestay a big praise! From booking to check-in, the boss is particularly warm and thoughtful. Originally booked a basic room type, but after arriving at the store, the boss directly helped us upgrade to the viewing room, and also intimately introduced the surrounding food and play guides. The upgraded room is really amazing, the floor-to-ceiling windows can see the mountain view in the distance, the night is very quiet, the bedding is very comfortable. The overall decoration of the homestay is very stylish and the atmosphere is full. The sanitation is spotless, all equipped with disposable supplies, and the details are full. High cost performance, highly recommended to friends who want to come here to relax!
