Goodnight Sweet Soup: Not just the sweet soup, but all the meals were excellent. I especially loved the room service. Weizhou Island Pier Pick-up and Drop-off (one trip each): Timely and efficient. Service: The butler group was attentive and helpful. Everyone we met was polite, and any issues were resolved immediately. Get this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave. Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play. The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way. The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned. The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture) If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe. I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China. However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too. These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host! I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

The lobby is elegantly decorated, check-in was efficient and quick, and the staff were warm, attentive, and helpful throughout, demonstrating professionalism in every detail. The room was clean, spacious, and well-laid out, with brand-new, fully equipped facilities. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room was thoroughly cleaned, with no unpleasant odors, and the toiletries were of superior quality, making for a perfect toiletries experience. Overall, it offers exceptional value for money, making it ideal for both business and leisure travel. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it to everyone!

I was very curious how a property with such an affordable price has a such a high rating. I was immediately convinced by myself. The property is perfectly located in the Southern part of the Island near Crocodile Mountain and its beautiful beach as well as South Bay with countless options of tasty seafood. The room is big, bright, clean and smells great. There is everything a traveller needs. The highlight is clearly the boss, she is very warm, welcoming and very kind. There was a book in my room which I took out of curiosity to read on the beach, and I realized it contained great messages. I asked the boss if she is willing to sell it to me but she gave it for free. She told me that she deliberately puts books with great messages for young people in the room since many students stay in her property. Wow...I wish more people in this world would be like the boss. Don't hesitate and book a room here. If I ever happen to be again on this island, I know where to stay!!

The owner of this guesthouse is from Northeast China, and we truly felt their warmth. From the moment we got off the boat, the driver picked us up and even told us jokes. Once we arrived at the guesthouse, the owner explained the sightseeing routes on Weizhou Island to us, worried we might make a mistake. She always reminded us to be careful when we went out and to come back early at night – she was so incredibly thoughtful. When we were leaving after two days, she even gave us a free ride to the port to catch the ferry, and she personally escorted us to our car. The location is also incredibly convenient; it's close to everything. Highly recommend it! Everyone should stay here!

I booked two rooms, and both had large stains on the fabric sofas, which immediately made the whole room feel cheap. The toilet paper was clearly of the cheapest kind, like what you'd find on tables in a greasy spoon. The children's play area was unsupervised, and adults with dirty feet could enter barefoot. The laundry room required QR code payment. The coffee bar attracted many non-guests who came just to take photos, often holding their phones right over the heads of children enjoying afternoon tea. Crowds of people would come in, making a lot of noise. It was also very hot, with no air conditioning. Due to the bad experience, I didn't extend my stay. When checking out, the front desk staff clearly showed disdain, as if they thought it wasn't the hotel's problem but that I couldn't afford to stay. Getting to and from the beach was not easy for seniors and young children.

The location is excellent, but there are a lot of mosquitoes🦟. I was bitten several times within half an hour of arriving. When I entered the room, I found that the balcony door was open, and a bunch of mosquitoes🦟 were flying around. It didn't work even if I lit mosquito coils~ The air conditioning was average. The room we booked was on the first floor. Because of the age, the hotel equipment was relatively old. There was a huge cigarette hole🕳️ on the sofa🛋️… I don't know if the swimming pool was not open and there was no water. The breakfast was hard to describe. There were so many things, but none of them looked fresh. When I was eating breakfast, I looked out the window and saw a big mop hanging there. I lost my appetite~ Service praise for the security guard on duty that day. I forgot something on the electric car🛵, and the electric car🛵 was charging. He took us to find the things very late in the night. It was heartwarming.

I first stayed at the Summit Sunrise Hotel and then moved to the Ferris Wheel Hotel. I felt the rooms were a bit small, but all the shared facilities in the park were the same. The hygiene was excellent. There's a small entrance area with a washing machine, which was great for laundry and drying clothes. However, there were many outdoor air conditioner units near the entrance and outside areas, making the hallway very hot. Breakfast at the buffet restaurant was quite rich, though there could be a queue if you go later. Alternatively, you could use vouchers to redeem breakfast at other Chinese restaurants or bakeries that support it. The hotel amenities were also great; the kids enjoyed the swimming pool slides, and the park's style was perfect for photos. There's also a cinema and a gym. Overall, I felt it was better than Anaya, mainly because the surrounding area was more convenient, with a night market nearby for easy access to food and shopping. However, the cat petting and deer interaction were a bit disappointing. Children under ten aren't allowed to pet cats for safety reasons, and you have to buy food separately for the deer. I didn't get to try the noodle roll. The hotel also included tickets for the Ferris Wheel and the Daydream Water World, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it's a good one-stop hotel, especially suitable if you're traveling with kids. The only downside was that the check-in process was a bit noisy due to several hotels being in the same area. This time I came to Weizhou Island to stay really right! This is the highest building in Dishui Village. The view from the top of the building is invincible, and the endless sea has a panoramic view. The atmosphere is particularly healing. Sitting on the terrace in the evening to watch the sunset on the sea quietly, the scenery is so beautiful that people are intoxicated, and the photos are very good. The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are clean and refreshing, the facilities are very new, and the living is particularly comfortable. The rooftop leisure area is especially suitable for relaxation. If you want to eat barbecue, you can go downstairs and buy it. It is especially convenient. The hotel also has draft beer to drink, blowing the sea breeze, watching the sea view to relax, the days are flat and comfortable. The overall living experience is quite good, the overall price is very high, it is really worth staying in Weizhou Island.

Room is just awesome.. nice beach view is there..i booked for 2 persons.. but our friends was also there..we stayed around 6 person...there is big 3 beds. Clean room.having wifi but TV remote was not working and tape of bath tub tape was also not working 😕
