Unexpectedly good! The hotel is the former Ibis, the hardware facilities are all up to standard, and the rooms are not decorated or have any peculiar smell of smoking. The room is big. The first six pictures are of the luxurious king-size bed at the beginning. Due to inexplicable noise at night, the front desk directly upgraded us to a suite. The hotel is located in a large compound and is usually very quiet. 20 meters away is the Hualian Supermarket which is about to open. There are restaurants all over the street, which is very convenient. The hotel room rate includes breakfast, afternoon tea, tea in the lobby, foot bath service delivered to the room and midnight snack. Considering the room price of over 200, I think it’s pretty good. The service has always been cordial, enthusiastic, patient, responsive and quick to respond. When I go on business trips to Lintao in the future, I will make this my home base.

During the Chinese New Year, the hotel should be the highest point hotel in Luxi County. I chose a few, and finally chose this Hengfa. The decoration is much better and the room facilities are a bit historical. Hotel location is convenient, not far from the highway, opposite the hotel is a big supermarket, shopping is convenient, the waiter is warm, the service is thoughtful, there is a small black brother at the entrance of the hotel to help open and close the door, speak Mandarin, super friendly! The room is clean and hygienic, small fruit is delivered every day, the breakfast is rich and delicious, there are sweet embryos, must be eaten every day, and the ramen dumpling noodles pulled on the spot are also delicious! Next time I go to live in Hengfa!

Repeated customers, convenient parking, not far from the highway, this time I specially set a river view room on the Trip.com marked on the 3.4 floor. I went to the store to arrange the 2nd floor for me. I asked why? Said that a team had finished the upstairs, and opened Trip.com to see the other two big bed rooms booked. There were still more rooms in the river view room. Since the order was finished, why was the order still placed? I don't understand whether Trip.com is fooling people or the store is fooling people? The smell of the bathroom sewer on the 2nd floor is reversed.

The luckiest thing about this trip was choosing the right hotel! The location is superb, close to attractions and food streets, making travel incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was fluffy and soft against the skin. The receptionist was incredibly fast at check-in, and the housekeeping staff meticulously replenished supplies and even wiped the table spotless. The value for money far exceeded my expectations. Such a good hotel, why is the hygiene so poor! The hygiene is very poor. The room was not cleaned at all, there were cigarette butts on the floor! There were cigarette butts in the trash can too. A layer of dust on the TV. Such obvious hygiene issues were not even cleaned up, let alone bed sheets and quilt covers. Always looking for ways to complain! Hope the hygiene issues will be improved. Located right near the primary bridge that leads into longxi and right near to lots of small restaurants, so great eating. The check in was rather complicated though, presumably because the receptionist was doing it for the first time. That’s fine but rather than being given a room card whilst they sort it out you’re made to wait. Was at least half an hour. Otherwise the hotel room was okay for the price.
