I recently stayed at the Wyndham Grand Hot Spring Resort in Liyang, and I had high expectations given its excellent rating on Ctrip. Upon arriving at the hotel parking lot, a butler promptly met us with a shuttle to take us to check-in. The service was fantastic and very thoughtful, with every staff member greeting us with a smile. Since the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are great, and I was impressed to find Guerlain toiletries provided. While the hotel features an alpaca farm and Dinosaur Valley, which are perfect for younger children, the kids' club was a bit small and underwhelming, which was a slight letdown. My favorite part was definitely the infinity pool and hot springs located on the cliff top. They offer a fantastic ambiance during 'blue hour' and the views are stunning. It was incredibly comfortable, even on a summer evening, as it wasn't too hot. The breakfast was also excellent. I'd definitely consider a second stay here, especially if checking in on a Friday when it's less crowded for an even better experience. [Proud R]

Environment: A few minutes drive from the scenic spot. The interior decoration is my favorite style. Service: The pick-up service is thoughtful, the group communication is built in advance, the breakfast is rich and nutritious, because I don't want to live on the first floor, I upgraded the parent-child room on the second floor, and did not make up the difference.

We were already full just from the complimentary items! Li Rencui from the housekeeping department was very warm and attentive, even washing our child's clothes for us—we felt so bad! We hadn't made a reservation for afternoon tea, but the staff proactively arranged something for us. The staff member next to the hot pot pool was also very attentive, constantly reminding the children to check their feet for blisters if they soaked for too long. My child soaked for too long and refused to get out, resulting in wrinkles on their feet, and the staff member even thoughtfully found some band-aids for them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends bringing their children; it's like the Haidilao of the hotel world!

From the moment I stepped into the homestay, I felt the warmth and comfort of home. The location is extremely convenient, with plenty of parking spaces and charging equipment. It is surrounded by green mountains, and the environment is elegant and quiet, as if you are in a paradise. Because we are two adults and two children, we were upgraded to a loft room on the second floor for free. It is spacious and bright, with excellent lighting, clean and tidy, and a fruit and beverage basket was given. The details show the care of the homestay owner. In terms of facilities, the toilet drains slowly and needs to be pressed for a longer time. But other homestays really have everything, and they are all very modern. The swimming pool is just under the outside window👇, which is great! It is particularly worth mentioning that the homestay owner also provided thoughtful service and suggested that we go to the hotel for dining and swimming, saying that the swimming pool there is larger and more comfortable, which makes people feel very thoughtful. In addition, the staff of the homestay are all handsome men and beautiful women, and they will say hello, which makes people feel full of enthusiasm. In the B&B, you can not only enjoy the comfortable accommodation environment, but also taste the local fruits, which is really a pleasure to stay in. My boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

After booking the room, there will be a housekeeper to communicate related matters. I will focus on praise the housekeeper. I know that our family is an October-aged baby. I also arranged birthday arrangements for us. I am afraid that the loft stairs we live in will be troublesome and want to upgrade the room for us. All kinds of intimate services make people warm. We booked a small gourmet theme, a variety of hape toys in the room on the first floor, the baby can't let go, the upper floor is the place to sleep, the whole layout is still very warm, there are also various play facilities outside the hotel, the main baby is too small, many facilities can not play, bigger can also brush. Breakfast is in the main building, the variety is very rich, there are also enthusiastic waiters to help, there is a Yin aunt in the middle to send toys to the baby, and also pack some breakfast, overall very warm, the service is in place. The only regret is that the booked travel photography was not available because the baby woke up late, looking forward to the next time.

Location - 10 minutes by taxi from Liyang railway station 15rmb, bus 1 goes to the coach station, and many restaurants within walking distance. Customer service - from the moment I checked in, I received friendly, helpful, and sincere customer service. I was given help when I asked about buses to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast was very delicious (eggs, salad, noodles, bacon, yoghurt, cakes, baozi, corn, sweet potato, rice, soup, and more).

The decoration style of the hotel is very comfortable, the details are very distinctive, and the lawn in the public area is also good. Very close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. I had a meal in the Chinese restaurant and it tasted good. There may be too many people on the Dragon Boat Festival. I also sent handmade yogurt and dumplings. The private soup in the room is also very good, so I didn't go to the public hot spring. You can order takeaways from milk tea and coffee When I left, I was too late to take a taxi. The front desk staff offered to send the station. Thank you very much 🙏 I almost couldn't catch up with the high-speed rail back to Shanghai.

The place is great for families! I love the setup of the room- balcony and leisure area. They have outdoor activities like ATV, horse riding and kayaking which we enjoyed a lot. Breakfast has nice options, both Chinese and western food. Distance to Nanshan Bamboo Forest is close, and everything else is accessible from the hotel. If you want to go to Tianmahu lake, you can just get a coach nearby. Altogether our experience for 2 nights was lovely! We will book the same hotel when we visit Liyang again in the future.
