The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the water pressure is stable, and it will not be hot and cold. The staff service attitude is very good, the hotel feels that the overall environment is good as soon as it comes in, and will come back next time.

It was good. Staff was helpful, helped me get transportation arranged for daily trips outside. Would have been better if I had known upfront before arriving that the hotel is on National park grounds, and that you need a ticket to get past the front gate to get to the hotel. And that was an extra expense. The beds are a bit hard for my liking. Also, I needed to cut my visit short, but the Jose Steph said that since I’ve booked through Trip.com then I couldn’t get refunded for my unused days.
