GGuest UserStaying at Fengbang Garden Hotel was such a delightful surprise! The overall environment is fresh and elegant, with a fantastic garden-like atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and the hygiene was excellent. The staff were gentle, thoughtful, and provided attentive service. The location is superb, very convenient for getting around, yet quiet and peaceful, making for a restful and relaxing stay. It's fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

GGuest UserThe room was so clean it made me feel at ease, and the bedding was especially soft; I fell asleep instantly and slept soundly until morning. The biggest surprise was the front desk staff, Xiao Jia and Xiao Qi, who not only upgraded my room but also thoughtfully recommended some hidden gem restaurants in the area. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in this city!

The water temperature of the shower may be a bit problematic. The water release time is a little longer. It is cold and hot. The front desk who checked in on the first day felt that the service was not very good. The tone of answering the question was a bit impatient. I saw a sign at the front desk for free. Washing the car, asking it and going back ”can't wash”, The next two days were very good. The front desk answered the next day with a gentle tone.
