Choosing this hotel in Wuwei was a great decision. First off, the service is absolutely fantastic; they go above and beyond to meet guests' needs. Secondly, the rooms are quite clean and very spacious, with wide and bright floor-to-ceiling windows that offer excellent views, creating a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere. The transportation is also very convenient, making it easy to get around. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

I always feel that anything named after this city is extraordinary, haha. The Wuwei Hotel, which was just renovated, has incredibly attractive off-season prices. The location is also excellent; this morning before checking out, I even visited the Confucian Temple and the Western Xia Museum. It's not far from the city gate either. The room was clean and tidy, and the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room were easy to use. They helped me get a check-in voucher, which allowed me to visit several attractions. The breakfast was also quite good; the value for money is unbeatable.

The downside is that the surrounding area is a bit desolate, but that's about it. The upside is that parking is convenient; if you're driving and worried about parking, the hotel has its own parking lot. The rooms are large and spacious, with good facilities and excellent service. Also, the location is great; it's away from the city center traffic jams, yet not far from various attractions, making it very convenient for getting around. Recommended.

I couldn't bear to take the money for a refund of one, so I reminded the front desk to check it out. If I called Ctrip Room at that time, someone would have to pay money. The front desk replied that the group's direct order had not been received. I think there is another possibility that ebooking missed the order. The front desk manager handled it well. He took my platform order and let us check in first, and they will deal with it. If this situation occurs in the peak season, it will be great. I will order a refund of one.

Unfortunately bed wasn’t comfortable, I slept all night feeling the iron net of the mattrass on my bones. Overall, price is good with two breakfast included, plenty of options. I was a bit upset when they charged us for the water we drink. There were water bottle in the room without any prices and we supposed it was for free. There is no water or juices for breakfast only soy milk or full cream milk. But lots of vegetarian options. There was a water dispense downstair for free available to refil water bottle, so don't do our mistake and just have the free one. If we knew this in advance we could avoid to drink water in the room and avoid plastic bottle waste (as we travelling with bicycles we care about to be in a green way for our planet.) Nobody explain us about charging items on the room during the check in, only the lady during the check out charged us. This is the higher price we paied in trip.com since 20days of travel, but anyway we think is still good because two breakfast are included.
