"Great location - just few steps away from the Cathedral. Walking distance from the Capitol Lagoon, Negros Museum, SM Bacolod and pasalubong stores. Convenient and comfortable. Also, the staff are all approachable and accommodating. They even have a laundry shop just outside the hotel. Breakfast is always perfect. Coffee is great. Thank you so much!"

High marks - breakfast (lots of choices, intricate and delicious) - room is spotless, clean, spacious and bed is soooo comfortable - love the shampoo, conditioner and lotions - right beside the hotel there is a food complex for even more food choices - concierge helps on getting taxis Low marks - this could be a one time thing that my room blackout in the middle of the night for awhile and after that tv has no signal til morning and the aircon malfunctioned stating aircon filter need to be cleaned

Everything about my 1st solo travel was perfect because of my stay here. Def a safe place for solo travellers! Room is clean and comfy to stay. Updated TV with all apps. With complementary coffee & water everyday. All staffs are very accommodating & hospitable. The service & cafe food are 100% recommendable. You can even borrow utensils from room service! I would highly recommend this hotel when you visit Bacolod! (The only thing that I observed is there’s some leakage from the side ceiling when the heavy rain poured, just need some fixing) But all in all, everything was great!

Clean, near malls. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds but the water has a bit of a rust smell. The hotel's location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.”

Huge room, clean and staff were accomodating. Very near to sm, with parking, i definitely recomend and book again if i'l be in bacolod. And one more thing, when were there, bacolod was in the state of calimity due to typhoon, other hotel had no water and electricity, but Mo2 had a good generator, no brown out and still has water.. Good job!

Everything was handled professionally the moment I checked in. The front desk was all smiles and was happy to assist and get everything ready for us to settle down in our room. Front desk team were very approachable kudos to all of them including the Guard and the buttler. I ordered at Twist Cafe and let it delivered through room service it came at the right time and the waiter who served the food was kind and friendly as well. I lovd how everyone was really passionate on their jobs, an excellent compliment to all! I like the breakfast set up at AZUL with the mellow relaxing music and the view of the pool and rooms feels really like I'm on a vacation. The only thing that was off was the internet or wifi connection in my room it was on and off I booked because of a very important interview so I was expecting to have a high speed connection in the room I hope next time make sure your wifi is stable and consistent. Nevertheless, Thank you and Good Job Team Sugarland!

We always stay there when we go to Bacolod City. It's right on the highway and if we need to board the ship the pier is just down the street. Breakfast is okay. Guards are always kind and remember us. Super cheap and decent place. Also lots of parking. Good AC.

Nice budget hotel with clean rooms. Bedsheet and towel are smelling fresh. The only off for me is that there is no elevator in the building and my room is in the third floor. No room service but there is one small coffeeshop at the ground floor which serves as an outlet.

Its a wonderful getaway malinis naman mabango yung Linens. Subrang luma lang noong table under the tv daming crack and dents. Naka smart Tv natin hindi ka ma bobored dahil my YouTube. I like it kasi malapit sa SM, 15pesos lang each nasa SM kana wala pang 1km. Approachable naman mga staff, sya pa nag take photo sa amin since Valentines noong time na yon Include: toothbrush,Colgate,shampoo,soap,comb Which is wala sa iba.

Booked this hotel because i was looking for a hotel that is close to Bocolod airport and it was published as 3.8kms to the airport But in actual fact it's actually more than 15 kilometres away, it's very FAR AND to find this hotel was another problem because on the maps online app i this name doesn't show up When i arrived at the hotel it's actually with a different name Can you please rectify and not confuse customers Overall it's just a budget hotel VERY Disappointed
