From booking to check-in, throughout our stay, and all the way to checkout—everything was seamless. It was by far the smoothest booking experience we’ve ever had. But the real highlight was the place itself: packed with amenities and thoughtful extra touches that made us feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel, yet at a very affordable price. We’ve officially found our go-to spot whenever we have an event. Kudos to the owners for such an outstanding experience!

1000% great staff ! Little bit of a logistical nightmare but overall the rooms very nice but if you require a smart tv book the highest room available and if not kind of out of luck . The staff did eventually make things right but the bedroom still did not have smart tv to be viewed from the bed . Overall good hotel just check rooms befor booking .

High marks - breakfast (lots of choices, intricate and delicious) - room is spotless, clean, spacious and bed is soooo comfortable - love the shampoo, conditioner and lotions - right beside the hotel there is a food complex for even more food choices - concierge helps on getting taxis Low marks - this could be a one time thing that my room blackout in the middle of the night for awhile and after that tv has no signal til morning and the aircon malfunctioned stating aircon filter need to be cleaned

The location and the cleanliness of the hotel si superb. But one con that I can think of is the room is not noise proof. You’ll hear the band playing on the opposite hotel until 12 am and if the other room are playing a music, you’ll clearly hear them. Like loud and clear.

I have mixed feelings about our recent stay. On many fronts, this hotel hits the mark perfectly, but a significant issue with the room layout left our group feeling a bit frustrated. The Positives The Staff: Truly the highlight of the stay. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Value: Generally speaking, the prices are very reasonable for the level of service and the amenities provided. The Issue: ”Unequal and Unfair” Room Sizes We were a group of 8 people and booked 4 separate rooms (2 people per room). Despite paying the same rate, the room sizes were wildly inconsistent. Some of us had plenty of space, while others felt cramped in significantly smaller quarters. When we brought this up to the front desk, the staff actually confirmed that we aren't the first guests to complain about this. It’s disappointing to know that management is aware of the ”size lottery” but hasn't taken steps to adjust the pricing or clearly categorize the rooms during the booking process. It feels unfair to pay the same price for a much smaller experience. If you are traveling solo or as a couple and don't mind a bit of a gamble, this is a lovely place to stay. However, for groups booking multiple rooms, the lack of consistency is a real problem. I hope management addresses this soon—either by renovating or by being more transparent about room dimensions or adjusting prices for smaller cuts.

Clean, near malls. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds but the water has a bit of a rust smell. The hotel's location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.”

Everything was handled professionally the moment I checked in. The front desk was all smiles and was happy to assist and get everything ready for us to settle down in our room. Front desk team were very approachable kudos to all of them including the Guard and the buttler. I ordered at Twist Cafe and let it delivered through room service it came at the right time and the waiter who served the food was kind and friendly as well. I lovd how everyone was really passionate on their jobs, an excellent compliment to all! I like the breakfast set up at AZUL with the mellow relaxing music and the view of the pool and rooms feels really like I'm on a vacation. The only thing that was off was the internet or wifi connection in my room it was on and off I booked because of a very important interview so I was expecting to have a high speed connection in the room I hope next time make sure your wifi is stable and consistent. Booked this hotel because i was looking for a hotel that is close to Bocolod airport and it was published as 3.8kms to the airport But in actual fact it's actually more than 15 kilometres away, it's very FAR AND to find this hotel was another problem because on the maps online app i this name doesn't show up When i arrived at the hotel it's actually with a different name Can you please rectify and not confuse customers Overall it's just a budget hotel VERY Disappointed

Avenue Suites Hotel Bacolod offers a decent stay for short visits. The location is convenient and accessible to nearby establishments, which is a plus for travelers. The staff were generally polite and accommodating, making check-in and basic requests smooth. However, the facilities could use some improvement. The room amenities felt a bit limited, and certain areas of the hotel appear to need maintenance or upgrades. While it’s not a bad place to stay, it may not fully meet expectations for comfort and convenience. Overall, it’s an okay option if you’re looking for something simple, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
