"what i like the most is their location it is near at the port and sm city. Their reception and waiting area is good looking,nice place and clean.Honestly we book 2 rooms but little bit disappointed coz their room is not clean a liitle bit dusty and toilet is not well clean,their towels is old. And mostly they have a big pool the kid enjoy swimming in their wave pool😍."

"We enjoyed our quick getaway thanks to this hotel being in the heart of the city. We arrived early in the morning and I was so surprised they were able to check us in at 9AM. Superb! The room was pristine and breakfast choices varied. Although, I hope they had more protein than just bacon and sausage, perhaps something less processed. But regardless, I enjoyed the other options and the bacon, yes. Pool is 4ft deep so I didn’t have to worry about my shorty self, lol. Oh and our room had the lagoon view so that was nice. It would have been nicer if they had the fountain lights at night though. Perhaps another time. Would love to come again should we visit Bacolod next time."

"I booked seven rooms for a night for my family and relatives, totaling 20 people. Before our stay, I tried reaching out to the hotel through email, phone calls, and a third-party booking app, but I couldn’t get any responses. I only received an automatic reply saying they were unavailable and suggested I try again later. On the day of our check-in, I called the hotel around 2 PM to confirm our late arrival since we had a day tour planned. Thankfully, they answered and noted our late check-in. When we arrived around 6 or 7 PM, everything went smoothly, and they accommodated us on the same floor, which was great! The hotel provided basic amenities, but we noticed there were no bottled waters in the rooms. Some relatives were uncomfortable using the water dispenser located outside the rooms, which made it a bit inconvenient. We understand the hotel’s effort to reduce plastic waste, but it would have been nice if they had provided reusable glass bottles instead. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Everyone had a good night’s sleep, and the next day we enjoyed the clean pool, with staff available to help us. The hotel rooms were tidy and well-maintained."

"L’Fisher is a bit of an older hotel, but the rooms are clean (except for the windows, which I didn’t mind). Many people love their breakfast, though I found it just okay. What I really liked was how spacious the room was and that the bathroom had a bathtub, which my child thoroughly enjoyed. Compared to the newer hotels, L’Fisher offers much larger rooms, which is a big plus."

"Overall a fantastic stay at Suntal Residences .The staff were friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for our trip. The only issue we had was the WiFi—it was slow and kept disconnecting, which made it hard to use for work or streaming. Aside from that, everything was great, and we’d happily stay here again if the WiFi is improved in the future!"

"1000% great staff ! Little bit of a logistical nightmare but overall the rooms very nice but if you require a smart tv book the highest room available and if not kind of out of luck . "I have mixed feelings about our recent stay. On many fronts, this hotel hits the mark perfectly, but a significant issue with the room layout left our group feeling a bit frustrated. The Positives The Staff: Truly the highlight of the stay. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Value: Generally speaking, the prices are very reasonable for the level of service and the amenities provided. The Issue: ”Unequal and Unfair” Room Sizes We were a group of 8 people and booked 4 separate rooms (2 people per room). Despite paying the same rate, the room sizes were wildly inconsistent. Some of us had plenty of space, while others felt cramped in significantly smaller quarters. When we brought this up to the front desk, the staff actually confirmed that we aren't the first guests to complain about this. It’s disappointing to know that management is aware of the ”size lottery” but hasn't taken steps to adjust the pricing or clearly categorize the rooms during the booking process. It feels unfair to pay the same price for a much smaller experience. If you are traveling solo or as a couple and don't mind a bit of a gamble, this is a lovely place to stay. However, for groups booking multiple rooms, the lack of consistency is a real problem. I hope management addresses this soon—either by renovating or by being more transparent about room dimensions or adjusting prices for smaller cuts."

The only area that could be improved is the amenities, as they were somewhat limited compared to other hotels. However, this did not take away from the overall positive experience. Everything about my 1st solo travel was perfect because of my stay here. Def a safe place for solo travellers! Room is clean and comfy to stay. Updated TV with all apps. With complementary coffee & water everyday. All staffs are very accommodating & hospitable. The service & cafe food are 100% recommendable. You can even borrow utensils from room service! I would highly recommend this hotel when you visit Bacolod! (The only thing that I observed is there’s some leakage from the side ceiling when the heavy rain poured, just need some fixing) But all in all, everything was great!

Location is good with a big provision for parking. The hotel rooms came with a mini refrigerator which is great for us who booked for 4 nights. Restaurant serves good food too.

The suites Calle Vieja = Old (and not so called Nueva = New) is run from a distance in Iloilo. That's why maintance is poor. In every room are shortcomings. Nightly noise of the bar next door. Bathrooms cannot be aired out. Staff is excellent, mangement is lousy. A stinking hot welcome at the reception. The hotel is fiddling with room rates and does not give senior discounts, which are required by Philippine law. The last reservation I canceled. I don't want to stay overnight with ithem anymore. As for Trip.com: we have been tricked again: bookings appear to be going through ******* again. ******* also mess with room rates, just like the other brands they use, and it's impossible to contact them about refunds. They simply don't respond. Hotel and booking site: never again.

The hotel is situated in the downtown area making it very accessible to the different go to places in the City like malls, restaurants, stores selling local food products, even the parks where one can stroll and enjoy the local delicacies. Transportation available are tricycles, jeepneys, and modern mini buses. Grab cars are also easily bookable. The hotel is 35 years old so the interior is expectedly dated but surprisingly well-maintained. The employees are very accommodating and polite making the stay truly relaxing. There are weekend activities at the poolside, namely acoustic night on Fridays and a DJ playing music favorites from different eras on Saturdays. I think these events can attract more customers if they are advertised well in the hotel and its vicinity.

Huge room, clean and staff were accomodating. Very near to sm, with parking, i definitely recomend and book again if i'l be in bacolod. And one more thing, when were there, bacolod was in the state of calimity due to typhoon, other hotel had no water and electricity, but Mo2 had a good generator, no brown out and still has water.. Good job!

Booked this hotel because i was looking for a hotel that is close to Bocolod airport and it was published as 3.8kms to the airport But in actual fact it's actually more than 15 kilometres away, it's very FAR AND to find this hotel was another problem because on the maps online app i this name doesn't show up When i arrived at the hotel it's actually with a different name Can you please rectify and not confuse customers Overall it's just a budget hotel VERY Disappointed

The place was good. However, accomodation wise, it was stressful. The owner of the unit did not provide us the room number so the front desk personnel had to scour all sources to find the right unit. It was not organized properly and owner did not communicate prior to our arrival. We had to get the keys from a locked mailbox. So imagine the hassle and difficulty of reaching out those keys and keycard which were not inside the pouch. It was stressful. The first thing that greeted us upon entering the unit is a broken mirror on the table, incorrect wifi password and complicated door locks. We had to ask the receptionists downstairs for the owner's contact number so that we can have a wifi access. Lastly, we hate it that the pool is only open from 6am-9pm. I mean, can't you make it accessible until 11pm at least for some guests prefer to swim late in the night. Overall, it was an okay experience. Will come back but will not rent tge same unit because the owner is irresponsible and inconsiderate. We wanted to de stress but checking in was not smooth sailing given the fact that it was expensive but paid beforehand. P.S. Please tell the owner to be give extra care to the guests and not be a burden.

Overall, the place was good and provided a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the amenities were generally satisfactory. The host or staff were also accommodating, which made the overall experience positive.However, the cleanliness of the place could be improved. Some areas did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, and there were a few details that needed more attention before guests arrived. A cleaner room and better overall maintenance would have made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Despite this, the place still has good potential, and I believe the experience would be significantly better with more consistent and thorough cleaning.
