Hotels with Breakfast in Phayao

"I've stayed here many times before, but this time was extremely disappointing. I requested a quiet room, but the people in the next room were talking loudly until almost 2 AM. I called staff after midnight, but their handling of the situation was unsatisfactory. They continued talking and singing until 1:30 AM. If I hadn't asked to change rooms, I wouldn't have been able to sleep. I understand that staff probably can't do much about noisy customers, but if I hadn't asked if I could change rooms, I would have had to endure the noise and not be able to sleep. When it was time to change rooms, the staff didn't say anything or take any responsibility. They didn't even help with my luggage. They just handed me the key card and walked away. If I hadn't asked them to bring it up, I would have had to go down to the counter to pick up the key card myself. I was hoping for better service to lessen my anger from not being able to sleep, but it only made me more disappointed."
