Oaks Festival is by far the best apar**ent hotel of the many we have previously stayed at in Brisbane. It is impeccably clean, well furnished, beds are super comfy, the shower is amazing and you could not wish for a better location. Will definitely book to stay there again on my next visit to Brisbane.

There was a suffocating stench in the corridor when I checked in (because the garbage is placed in the designated place for garbage in the corridor, but the garbage is often piled up and no one handles it). This stench can also be smelled in the room. , really disgusting. 2. The room facilities should be from the last century. They are very old and the pots still have greasy stains. The carpet was also dirty. 3. The bathroom switch is automatically connected to the exhaust fan. The exhaust fan is very loud. There is no separate switch for the exhaust fan, and the sound will make you irritated. 4. No privacy. You can see almost everything in your house from the building opposite. You can only keep the curtains closed at will. 5. The cleaning staff will come once a week to clean, which is actually making the bed, but every time the cleaning staff will throw all the clothes on the bed on the floor, which is so disappointing. We booked a river view room. It is on a high floor. The hotel has a total of 42 floors. The scenery of Brisbane can basically be seen from high places. The room is very large, two independent rooms, both with large beds, two bathrooms, a large living room and an open kitchen. The only bad thing: there is a wine cabinet in the room that is of poor quality. When plugged in, it made a loud noise. We thought the hotel was doing something wrong. After the renovation, I unplugged the wine cabinet and it instantly became quiet.
