Santre Dolomythic Home
"Sunrise touring ~"
Arthotel Lasserhaus
"The room was large and beautiful, and the location was actually quite good. It was within walking distance of Brixen's bus and train stations (though I would recommend taking the bus if you have luggage). There was also a sauna (although it was a mixed-use facility, thankfully I didn't encounter any people there). It was a pity I didn't get to have breakfast, but the apple juice in the room was delicious. The restaurants around were also quite good, and it was especially convenient to get to Funes, which only took half an hour!"
Residence Hotel Gasser
"Excellent location, very clean room."
Hotel Grüner Baum
"overall a good hotel with friendly staffs, but my bed in single room is so small… not deserve the price."
Krone Eat Drink Stay
"I traveled alone, and the location was really good and the service was great :) With the free pass card provided by the hotel, you can go to the Dolomites for free! Since transportation is free, it was nice to be able to stop by a nearby monastery. It might be a little hot in the middle of summer because there is no air conditioning, but I liked it because the daily temperature range is big! Thanks to you, I really enjoyed my trip to Bressanone. I will definitely come back next time."
Adler Historic Guesthouse
"Beautiful hotel. Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Spacious rooms with all the mod cons, including a coffee machine and a large selection of drinks in the mini bar. Extremely comfy beds and great quality linen. Parking is easy and secure. Extremely professional and friendly staff. The breakfast was good and the lady serving breakfast was absolutely fabulous, so polite, friendly and welcoming. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again."
Haller Suites & Restaurant
"A great house - a place great be!!! Arriving, very friendly welcomed, an upgrade for a balcony suite - grandios. dinner perfect, greatly arranged very nicely served and good wine advice. Unfortunately only 1 night but I'm coming back"
My Arbor
"On the mountain, you can"
Hotel Elephant
"One of the loveliest hotels I have ever stayed during my Italian travels. It exceeded all my expectations…beautiful room, fantastic bed, gorgeous antique filled common areas, a gated garden across the street for guests, outstanding personnel. Parking is conveniently located in the back of the building. In addition, dinner at the hotel restaurant was exceptional. Will surely return."

Hotel Jarolim
"nice location and warming service"
Hotel Traube
"Very friendly staffs, nice, clean bed room, with small living room, and Mountain View. Good breakfast and afternoon tea/coffee. I forgot my valuables stuffs while I was at train station. They called me and keep them for me to pick them up. One of my best vacation. Thanks so much to hotel staffs for your services."
Hotel Fernblick
"A lovely hotel in a beautiful location. There are many scenic hiking trails around the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable with a verandah. There is also a spa at the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and were there to help me when I had to check out very early in the morning for my next destination. I booked including breakfast and dinner, advisable as there are no restaurants close by and the food, especially dinner, was excellent and very good value for money. It is not in the centre of Bressanone but there is a bus service that goes there and back a few times a day."
Modern Apartment, Bressanone
Tourist Hotel
"The hotel is a little far from the train station, about a 15-minute walk, but it is close to the bus station. There is also a Conan supermarket next to it, so it is very convenient for shopping. I was very satisfied with it as a whole, especially because I was able to borrow a kettle. It was a very satisfying trip!"
Alter Schlachthof
"Brilliant location, superbly designed rooms. Very friendly. Excellent breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired. Welcome drink. A delicious breakfast."
Castell Matscher
" The Castell Matscher is a self-catering annexe to the Krone Hotel in Brixen. The apartment is well appointed, but owing to the very poor location with motorway (A22 to Brenner pass) directly behind the building, it is not quiet or romantic, as advertised! There is constant noise. Good triple glazing does allow one some peace indoors, but using the balcony is impossible, owing to the traffic noise. The apartment is at the top of a steep incline, which is also problematic for those not coming by car as the road is narrow and vehicles travel fast. It is unlit, so walking in the dark is another hazard. Bedroom is spartan, but there is plenty of cupboard space. One hard chair to sit on. Bed has memory foam mattress which is comfortable. However, we paid 250 euros per night for staying here, so I think the standard of the bedroom was poor value for this price. The kitchen was very poorly provisioned, with a fridge and small freezer locker but no ice tray. The freezer compartment was also iced-up. Cutlery and crockery provision was inadequate. I had to wash up after every meal. Not enough of anything! At least supply a bread knife, knife sharpener, a pair of kitchen scissors and several tea-towels. There was a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets! Dining/living area was again very spartan. Hard chairs and a giant bed affair, but no comfortable easy chairs. Bathroom was good - spacious with excellent shower, good lighting and plenty of towels. The only area that matched the price level... remember we paid 250 euros per night to stay here. There was an additional charge of 50 euros for cleaning and "sanitisation" - surely a rip-off from Covid times, and quite unjustifiable now. Finally, when we asked to see a member of management, the Receptionist told us no-one was available and had no idea when anybody would be available to address our issues. This reflects very poorly on a well-established 4* hotel in a very popular tourist destination. Walkability Big fat zero unless you are fit and strong. The apartments are not a stone's throw. You need to be able to walk uphill with luggage to get here. The road is narrow, relatively busy and unlit. Noteworthy details Brixen/Bressanone is lovely and we shall come here again. The Brixen card is a wonderful bonus and we used it every day, whether to visit the Acquarama, catch a local bus (No 123) to get to Plose mountain area, or indeed use the ski lifts there to climb higher. Local train journeys, as far as Trento are also possible with the card, saving you lots of money. We loved the town and will re-visit next autumn, but will definitely not be staying at Castell Matscher, nor will we recommend it to any of our friends."
Residence Isarcus
"Very clean, bright, friendly staff, good quality shower amenities. Very tasty herbal tea. They also give a Brixen card. The bus stop to the ski resort is very close."
