Terrible experience. I booked the hotel for a business trip in June 2022. The hotel cancelled my reservation 1-2 days before my arrival. There was zero communication and zero explanations or apologies. It was impossible to get in touch with the hotel to learn what will happen with the prepayment. or if they can offer any assistance after cancelling my accommodation arrangements the day before arrival. Very unreliable and would not recommend, even if the photos look nice I would not book again.
