Hotel is conveniently located very close to central station, were you can get subway and trains to multiple destinations. Staff was helpful. Room was comfortable, loved that out had a small balcony. There was a lot of construction work nearby so that complicated a bit the walking near the hotel.

Booked this hotel because of its proximity to Brussels Central station, but there are lots of pathment repairs so it was challenging with 2 large luggages. Service staff was pleasant and helpful in suggesting alternative breakfast places. This hotel is in an old building, so hallways are dim and the red painted walls make it worst. There is also no fridge in the room. As the Aircon is not working, we left the window open to circulate the air, and was surprised to find people intruding from the balcony (likely guests from adjacent room…. Hopefully!!)

Close to the train station with an underground connection. Very convenient in winter and when it rains. Lovely loft atmosphere. Some rooms have balconies.

The hotel is very close to the station, about five minutes' walk away. There is a subway entrance next to the hotel. The location is excellent, the room is clean and tidy, and the service staff is friendly!

Great hotel. Great location. Bed was very comfortable. Maybe don’t nickel and dime people with the drinks and snacks. Just charge more and make it all complimentary. Just a piece of advice.

The place is too small and the bathroom was smell so bad, we stay the bottom floor the wall is so thin I can’t hear the top floor make so much noise and people waking we couldn’t sleep all night
