(+++)Apartments are close to the city center. Big dinning room and main room, big bed for 2 persons, TV, sofa and coffee table. Big bathroom with hair dryer. (- - -) Very cold in the rooms. Drafts from windows and main door. Ants in the bathroom. A lot of dust.

The apar**ent is in a good location, close to the subway station and tram station There is a Lidl supermarket near the apar**ent. The center is within 10 minutes' walk There are several bars and restaurants downstairs from the apar**ent. It will be noisy on weekend nights, but the price and overall experience are really worth recommending! A Korean restaurant near the apar**ent is also good!

The location is good, the space is big enough, the attitude of the service staff is good, the facilities are a bit outdated, but definitely worth the price. It's not too far from the classic, but the parking fee is too expensive, 20 euros a day.

A very satisfying stay experience 😀 If you don’t have any requirements for breakfast, this B&B is a good choice to stay and the restaurant downstairs has a super breakfast 🥣 Convenient for travel... Hygienic 👍 Facilities and perfect environment 😄 Service attitude 👍 Next time Will stay again

The apar**ent is beautiful, spacious, new, the only thing it lacked was the basic kitchen items. The spectacular location, an area for young people, where you find many bars and places to eat. We always walked and it was easy to get to the points where we wanted. The girl at the reception treated us very well when we arrived, and spoke in our language (Spanish), which no one does in this place. Super recommended place!!

Overall everything ok! Fairly central area. The metro and bus stop is very close to the structure. With the means we move very well. Very cozy apar**ent. Too bad about the double bed, they were 2 singles attached and often come off. We spent 4 nights and they never came for housekeeping. Towels and shower towels were only 1 each, a few for 4 nights. Top hospitality! Excellent location. Good communication.

Check-out at 11 o'clock can only be delayed by up to 20 minutes. The room is ok, but there is aunt's blood on the pillow, and the sheets are not clean. The attitude of the waiter is the same.

Where do I start with this place? Upon entering, our group was met with an unforgettable view- and I mean that in a bad way. The back of this hotel was surrounded by dilapidated buildings and overgrowth which looked like it hadn’t been cut in well over 20 years, something reminiscent of a jungle. After being given our keys, we must have spent around 3-4 mins figuring out how to open the door. There was no simple card to swipe but rather a key and lock which was like trying to open a briefcase without knowing the combination. Having booked 2 rooms, it was noticeable that the cleaning left a lot to be desired. As the days passed and time and again our rooms weren’t cleaned and having to use the same dirty towels day after day, we were told that we would only have the rooms cleaned and the towels changed if we stayed for 6 days. A complete joke. Never in my life have I known anything like this. As we were visiting the Széchenyi baths we had little choice but to pay an extra fee for towels which I couldn’t believe I had to pay for. For 3 consecutive nights, our sleep was also disturbed from the noise outside, leaving us physically and mentally exhausted by the end of our holiday. This was worsened by the sofa beds which were less comfortable than a prison cell bed. The worst part of all was the apartment cutting the power on our 2nd day there, leaving us with no electricity and no way to charge our phones for the rest of the day. We weren’t offered even so much as an apology and no compensation to ameliorate this. If you’re staying in Budapest, I beg you, DO NOT choose this apartment! If you want to visit a better zoo I suggest visiting the actual one nearer the city centre!

Booked here for a city break over the bank holiday weekend and being honest reading previous reviews, was expecting the worst. Pleased to say I was completely wrong to be worried. Comfy beds, air conditioned room with balcony to play cards etc. after a long day walking. Fridge and freezer, as well as a microwave and kettle. Easy access to all tourist hot spots and plenty of shops to get drinks, snacks and anything else should you want to eat in the apartment. Yes the rooms are basic, and could do with some TLC. But if you’re looking for a budget hotel that is simply used as somewhere to sleep, it’s the one for you. Shower is amazing, another thing I was dreading using. The only thing I can complain about is that the door was difficult to unlock and the corridors were not lit which made it harder. We were also only given one key which wasn’t ideal when being away with another couple.

Having read the reviews I was very apprehensive about my stay here. However we were pleasantly surprised! Upon arrival, a security guard gave us the keys and took our deposit (8000ft for 4 people, 4 nights). We found our room easily although the main fault we could pick was a very temperamental key/lock which was frustrating for the whole of our stay. Our room was spacious, we had air con in the main living room and 3 fans to use within the apartment. One room was very small and the other very big. The larger room had air con but this barely worked. We had a large balcony with table and chairs which was great. There was a nice garden area below the balcony- yes there are old buildings falling apart next to the hotel but this didn’t bother us at all. The whole complex was quiet (residents on site) which was lovely. It is in a fantastic location close to a lot of the tourist areas and some great bars within a couple of minutes walk and a lovely cafe underneath the apartment building. For the price we paid I would 100% recommend staying in the two bed apartment to anyone. Only faults are some TLC required (a few broken tiles, only one mirror in apartment) and only one key per room so had to stay as a group most of the time.
