Located in the heart of Buenos Aires, it is a very convenient location for sightseeing around the city. However, the building is aging, but considering the price, it is a necessary and sufficient hotel. Breakfast is served on the rooftop and is buffet style. The photo is of the street in front of the hotel.

The excellent location. The photographer who uploaded the photos of the hotel got a 15 out of 10 points. The facilities are old, the bar staff had to beg for hot water, except for an elderly, very friendly man and a lady.
At the hotel reception, the gentlemen at the entrance, you had to request things with great care and patience

The property is older, but it appears to be under some renovation. The location is a 10 minute walk to the shops on Florida Street, which is a top tourist shopping attraction. Staff were excellent on both stays at the hotel. They helped with directions, suggestions and with money conversion at a reasonable rate USD to pesos. The air conditioning worked well. Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel needs to have some paint renewal on the trim, but overall is in very good condition, The breakfast program (eggs, coffee, juice, potatoes, tomatoes, fruit, and pastries) is a plus. You must try the Cinqo5 restaurant. Best steak we have ever had. The Safari supermarket is just across the street (water and kleenex etc). The hop on and off bus is just a 5 minute walk away. We would return to this centrally located hotel in an older section of Bueonos Aires.

The area looked unsafe, lots of homeless people around nevertheless the hotels looks good the service is good but the Area is not

Hotel is well situated in the tourist area, with the central area of the city within easy walking distance. Hotel, whilst not particularly modern, is clean, comfortable and perfect for a short stay in Buenos Aires. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a basic buffet, but plentiful.
